Design As a perennial console gamer since very early childhood, I have been given the opportunity to own and analyze the play and quality of many different systems. Of all the consoles to come out through the years, the Destiny PS4 is by far my favorite designed system. The white body of the console with the gold Destiny trimming, decals and a white controller is visually stimulating to all those who see it. The design gives players like you and I a sense of individuality when it comes to our product, not to mention cool points from our respective peers! Navigation If you are looking for a user friendly system, look no further than the PS4. The PS4 interface is extremely simple to navigate through, making it easy to find the different applications, settings and store. When I first had to navigate the PS4 opening screen, all the apps are lined up in chronological order by most recent use, allowing someone like me quick access to Netflix! The console gives you every options for streaming services that you can get everywhere else. This includes HBO, Hulu, Netflix, ESPN and plenty others; all of them being organized nicely under the TV folder which is along the main line of apps. Cost As of September 2017, the 500 GB Destiny edition PS4 is offered at $264 compared to the original console price of $250. Looking at the cost benefit of both products, the Destiny PS4 offers you a sleeker designed system with the very high rated game Destiny, for $14 dollars more. Even if you are not interested in playing Destiny, the benefit of getting the bundled version over the original is unquestioned. For reference, the original 500 GB Xbox 1 comes in at $264, matching the price for the Destiny Bundle. This makes the PS4 an affordable product with a vast assortment of uses for all people. Silver Lining Overall, if you are looking for a system that is user and family friendly, while also giving you a fantastic gaming experience, look no further than the PS4. The PlayStation 4 is easily the best product I have ordered from Amazon for my money. If you want a do-it-all system with the most bang for your buck, pay the extra $15 and get yourself a sleek white and gold system with an awesome game anyone and everyone can learn to play.

I would like to say that this is a stunning PS4. Now, for those reviews concerning the Destiny download, I would think you have have enough sense to downrate Destiny itself and not a PS4 console that happens to include Destiny? Obviously the people complaining haven't tried to download The Witcher or GTA V yet. Onto the console, the design straight out the box is beautiful. The white color allows for the high gloss on the top to be good, because I feel like if it was any other color it would be a fingerprint catcher. This console comes with a matching white controller, HDMI cable, typical power supply, controller charger, a pair of earphones (rather useless but I guess it's the thought that counts) and of course, Destiny the game. Upon unboxing everything Destiny will give you a 30 day free PS+ trial which is pretty sweet since you don't really want to have to pay for something right after you just slammed almost $450 bucks for a console. The only downside is the download time to play Destiny, but I'm not going to take a star off of the review because Sony did not make Destiny therefore it is not their fault and they don't deserve a review about a PS4 being put down because of non-Sony content. The Destiny download time is reasonable considering the content of the game, it just takes patience to wait it out. I think patience is what a lot of gamers nowadays are lacking which reflects on the poor reviews referring to the game. In the meantime I downloaded Far Cry 4 and it ran beautifully. No bumps, no hassles. Setup on the PS4 is so much easier than the PS3 and a lot more things can be going on in the background at once. For instance I could be watching Netflix while Destiny downloads! All in all, everything was fantastic. Kudos to Sony for making such a beautiful console and teaming up with games to make gorgeous things like this.

This is my first time purchasing any Playstation console and I am so happy with my choice, although it did cost about $40 more than the standard store price. These bundles did sell out in the small town I live in though, so I can't really complain. The one I got also came with a physical copy of Destiny which I prefer, and I got the 30 day Playstation Plus trial as well. The PS4 has a very intuitive interface, amazing graphics, and some great games. The console itself is absolutely beautiful. It's very glossy and has a stunning, intricate design. I had no opinion of Destiny before buying this bundle and honestly went in with low expectations. I ended up loving the game and play it every chance I get. It's an awesome combination of mmo, rpg, and fps, and it's in space! I love the scifi feel to it. I originally bought this bundle because I thought it looked better than the original PS4, but now I am thrilled that I own a Destiny limited edition console. The expansion packs it comes with are pretty cool too. I got to start the game at level 25 and got some nice armor. I also love the PS4 controller. I never was really a fan of the Xbox controller and I simply tolerated the Wii and Wii U designs so I could play some of my favorite Nintendo exclusive games. My favorite controller has always been the gamecube controller, and this is the best I can get with a new generation console. It integrates the touch pad well, and the colors that change along with the game is a very cool idea. I'm looking forward to spending many hours playing Destiny and will be buying more games soon. Edit: Don’t buy consoles through amazon. Mine has had nothing but problems. It stopped connnecting to WiFi about a week after I got it and now no controllers will connect to it, making it unplayable.
