Impressive all around.
Wow. I never would write a review for HD caddies but here I am. Everything was outstanding. - The packaging - The fit and finish of the caddies, - Including extra a extra screw - Two different types of labels (silver and white) with two labels each and notched that fit precisely. - The instructions. Not that I needed them but someone spent some time making them look nice The onlyyyyyyy minor complaint is the screw driver doesn't have enough grip to remove OEM screws but I still have my RadioShack drivers from 1986. Oh and they are as good or better than the OEM DELL ones. I put these in a PowerEdge R630

Excellent Quality
Ordered these 2.5" drives for Dell R620 and R30 and they fit snug. The quality is fantastic. These are made of metal and not plastic, so quite sturdy. Each tray is individually packaged with screws and labels. A small Phillips was included to attach drives.

WORKDONE caddies are high quality and include all the necessary components for installation (screws, screwdriver, and manual). The screws could be a better. The measure roughly 1/8th inch and a hair in length, with the threaded portion being 1/16. I've received other caddies with screws measuring 3/16 in total length and they've felt much more snug than the WORKDONE screws. The kit comes in a box. Each caddy is packaged with its own screw baggie and stickers. I would buy it again.

Perfect for used Dell servers off eBay r620 r720
Great price, fast shipping, buying more. They fit like oem in Dell offlease severs. Make sure you get 2.5 or 3.5 depending on the server you have.

Awesome alternative to OEM caddies!
I've used a number of different aftermarket caddies for my Dell servers - but these are by far the best I've seen so far. The caddies themselves are well-built (as are most), but these each come with 5 screws and a set of labels. It's a tiny thing, but having an extra screw means if I cross-thread or drop one, I don't have to worry about it, and the labels mean I can put the last few digits of the drive serial on the caddies for easy identification. I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.
