Superb!!
I was excited to get this "little" stove, and it is impressive. I was able to get a fire started fairly quickly. With the small opening it poses a pecular start. Once I got some larger twigs in there it was going along nicely. I was able to boil some water for hot chocolate while I was out there. The fire maintained itself really with the stove pipes drawing the smoke up very well. The stove weight and build is a very good balance. Quality materials were used and everything seemed very machined. The pipes are made with a heavy gauge single wall stainless steel, comes with a flue brush. The legs went on very quickly and seem super stable. The tool for the door worked very well. Using the tool on the damper was good until it was getting hotter. It became hard almost stuck to try to move it. I didnt get a chance to see about adjusting it. I will probably keep it in the most open position as that allowed for an awesome burn and very nice heat. I did not have to drill any additional holes. You will want to quarter small logs mostly for this stove. Twigs worked well and the 3" log did get caught up in the flame after a bit. Great stove, the discriptions on the site are all there and accurate. So know what your buying so you can maximize your joy, hahaha! Great product, I highly recommend! The first picture is day 2!

Works great, compact, awesome price!
Let me start off by saying, I'm new to the camp stove game, but I'm really enjoying this little stove. I haven had any issues with air flow or smoke when burning in this stove. I have burned pine but I mostly use birch wood. Thoses things really get going in this little stove. It is true that the 6 feet of flute segments can become stuck (really stuck) after burning due to build up. This is easily fixed by spraying (when cool) the connections with a tiny bit of WD-40 foam, allow it 1min to loosen the grime between the male/female connection. Then twist lose. Clean with paper towel......BAM!, your ready for your next outing. I'm surprised no one has tried this method yet....it works! Also I use a bubble level to tilt the firebox ever so slightly downward (extendable legs help here) in the front to assist in pulling the smoke away from the door. The air flow does the work, sucking from front (door) to the (flute) in the back. The legs also connect to the firebox via threads that are exposed to ash and heat so tapping those also with WD-40 goes a long way keeping them from getting stuck as well. I hope this helps someone out there because this really is an awesome stove when kept in good condition.

Quality and safety issues
Right off the top this product has poor QC. It has major stability issues, the first time I took it camping it fell over twice. Once backwards has I was restoking the fire and the other when the left front leg collapse when the fighting screw camp off almost hitting me in the head with the hot stove pipe. Thank god I didnt have it in the tent, if I had it would have started my tent on fire first sure. Poor ventilation burns unevenly with the back. Needing to be pulled forward and then having to deal with the stability now with a hot stove. The opening is way too small to fit normal fire wood forcing you to finding a way to cut the wood. The smoke stack fits loosely in the stoves base causing it to shift and wiggle with the slightest of breeze and the sparkle arrester constantly closes as a result of this. This stove was not worth the $66.99 I paid I wouldn't give $20.00 for it. I was able to get a refund and order what I'm hoping for a much safer and better quality camp stove, but we will see. Don't waist your money on this product spend a little more for something more safe.

Good starter stove for sale price.
I got this stove on sale. Performed my initial burn in the back yard. Do NOT try to use this stove in a tent until you have ran a very hot fire outdoors. The paint and oil burns off. I didn’t have any issues with missing or broken parts as some reviewers have. It’s a cheap stove. Easy to assemble. I think it will hold enough wood to fill its purpose. Not too heavy, although I think the stove pipe weighs as much as the stove itself. The stove pipe is unsteady on the stove alone. I wish it had tie outs for stays to hold it in place during windy days. The door is a bit small so you will have to process almost all of your wood before burning. Overall I’m happy with how it functions. I’m already looking at getting a stove jack for my ice fishing shelter.

Poor Q.C.
Suffers from lack of air, with the only inlet being the door damper, the back half of it builds a lot of charcoal and doesn't burn logs evenly. Poor build quality the seems leak smoke horribly and fills the whole tent with smoke. Came with a Chimney brush which is nice. Given it's size, expect to process wood into smaller and shorter pieces. Once coals were established could get about an hour to hour and half of fire burning a mix of maple and alder wood. All in all, it's fine if you get it on sale, has adjustable legs and a few accessories which is handy. But be prepared to work a bit harder than other stoves would have you. Recommend for day time use if you're just hanging out in the tent with the door open.

Awesome customer service
I received this with a broken part. Contacted the company and was quickly sent a replacement part. A+ The product itself looks well made and I've only used it to burn off any manufacturing oil or chemicals. The only thing that would make this little stove better is a grate to keep the coals raised to help with air flow. All in all I would buy again if needed.

I love the little wood burning stove/fireplace
It's definitely a great investment. Easy to use. Small size so it's easy to pack. I only wish it had a flume to control the airflow. It functions like a normal wood stove otherwise. And has a great heat output.

I JUST HAVE THAT FEELING! 🤗😉
It arrived today! I had to agonizingly wait a whole day! Delivered around 10am so yeah, on time! This is my first ever stove so it already holds a sentimental value. I made a good decision, I can just feels it. I did fully assemble this bad boy (though the picture is without the chimney pipe). It just looks like I needed it. It feels so solid and comes well organized. Every spec has its own stuff sack which goes inside a nifty little duffle. Can’t wait for a cold day, and another, and another! IT WAS UNDER $100 PEOPLE!!! Thanks Caribou!

PORTABLE CAMP/TENT STOVE 14" WITH PIPES
After reading the reviews on this item I went ahead and purchased it thinking about all what I had read and I was actually very pleasantly surprised. Considering the size etc it is a pretty cool item and there is a fully functional damper on the front which I believe some people were perhaps not aware as they posted about circulation and venting. Another person had drilled holes into it which is an option but be careful for ashes, embers and sparks. If you are a handy person you could also consider installing a small damper in the pipe, the concern I do have as well as others is to have to constantly feed it wood, we are going to get to work on how to get the most out of this stove without getting up every hour for heat. Great portable stove though and we will find the best way to utilize..

Wicked little stove!- that doesn’t last!
Not as portable as they’d have you believe… But if you have means to travel, or are stubborn af! Then it’s not that bad to haul it around. Keeps us toasty warm in a 10x6 tent when it’s around -2c outside *Update* firebox cracked after very little use. Also, fires become harder to maintain with use. Cleaning chimney pipes don’t help either. As a natural gas/propane technician, I know a thing or two about combustion. And my two cents on this design is it has many flaws. But, what do you expect for $150!

The Stove Pipe is Tight...
This is a great little stove for the price. the only peeves I had was that the stove pipe fit together too tightly, and it took almost 2 hours to get apart after the first burn. so i made some relief cuts with a grinder as you can see in the pics. I cut both ends and polished with my dermal, I make sure cuts are not on same side when I put it together. Now it only takes 5 minutes to get apart. After a couple of uses the front doors rivets started to loosen. I tapped them on each side with two hammers until the rivets were tight again. But all and all very pleased with the weight and function and easy to carry all in one bag. You probably wouldn't want to carry it 20km or anything, but for winter camping in a hot tent, pulling a sled isn't so bad, Cheers, Darrell

Nice prop for wild camping.
Greatly enjoyed this little tent warmer during a cold night. On the first use, do not forget to use in the open for ~15 minutes to clear out the enduit/paint that generates enough smoke to irritate the throat/lungs in a closed space. Fits pretty well in a 80L ruck sack with other stuff such as a tent and food. It takes roughly ~25-45 minutes to fully burn a load depending on the wood essence. Radiates heat quickly but promptly loses its warmth once combustible is burnt. Putting a few rocks in the bottom could help keep warmth a little bit longer. Easy to dismount but somewhat tricky to clean if you want to get rid of all the ashes.
