Thanks for your interest in DREAMGRIP products!
Yes, we do have 2 Rig models - Evolution 2020 PRO and Evolution 2020 MOJO that have the Optics Module are 100% compatible with these Original Adapters. Both adapters are step-down adapters with the standard 37mm photo thread. One adapter is bayonet specially created for Moment lenses (also compatible with Sirui bayonet lens) and another is a 37-13mm adapter for Zeiss Exolens.
Regarding the compatibility with ulanzi dof we cannot guarantee the other brand universality and the same thread size actually.
Still, we recommend checking our YT channel as well as our followers' videos who checked great number of equipment with DREAMGRIP equipment =)
