I utilized this product on my bleached hair for only half of the recommended time. I am trying to transition into my natural salt and pepper hair. I noticed my blown out follicles were absorbing the color quite rapidly, so decided to call it at 15 minutes application time. It did a great job of toning out leftover brassiness and providing quite even coverage despite the uneven before color. My friends have referred to it as a “mushroom brown.” I hope after a few weeks of washes it’ll be just the silvery/gray I was hoping for.

Wish I could give minus stars. A total waste of money and time! Metallic grey? I have brown hair. More grey hairs now than brown, so decided to go with natural grey tone. After applying this product, I waited dutifully for 30 minutes. The result is brown hair with grey roots, which means a total waste. Won’t buy this product again.

Neutralizes yellow hair well

I started with jet black hair. First I used a color stripper to pull out the black. Then coated my hair with K18 leave in mask. Didn’t wash for three days. This brought my hair to a burnt orange color. Then I used wella developer- a 30- with manic panic bleach. Coated in K18 leave in mask and my hair was lifted to a 9. Again- no washing for three days to allow the hair to rest and let the k18 do its job. Washed finally. Coated again in k18 and waited two days- then applied this hair color. Most importantly- when using got2b- follow the directions. Rinse the color out only- do not use shampoo and conditioner- that’s why so many reviews say the color washed right down the drain. Rinse throughly in cold water- not hot- not lukewarm. Apply the after color conditioner- let it set for the minimum two minutes- I let it set for 5-10. Rinse. Towel dry. I got the exact color on the box the first time around. Here’s the thing- this will not work on hair color any darker than a 7-8. So there’s a lot of reviews that say it’s crap….it's not- if you’re literate. After you’ve towel dried- another healthy coat of k18 won’t hurt. Then again- don’t wash your hair for 72 hours. After processing your follicles are wide open- and using shampoo will take the color right out. Let your natural oils return- use a damn good mask- and follow directions. For 12$ this is the best silver gray I’ve ever used. Will 100% use it again. Have been to numerous salons looking to get my natural gray blended and no one could do it.

Did not work on dirty blond hair. I feel this product works so good just, not with my hair. No negative.

Did me right! I’ll admit it did burn whenever it was on my head (I did 3 rounds of bleach prior) and it did burn the most. The hair treatment makes ur hair superrr soft if it’s not too curly. Imo my hair was still very much dead when it dried but I still rec using it. It looks great and came out very uniform. I accidentally toned some of my hair white and everything still came out fine. I 100% rec this and will buy again in the future

The box states it is for light brunettes. I am light brunette with grey/white mix. I thought this would even it out to all nice grey mix. Instead I now have a dusky Auburn color and as it washes out of my grey/white hair that is showing through again which was a week ago I might add. Very disappointed. This is the second type of this brand I have tried and been disappointed. I won't try again. I've bought brands for 1/3 of the price and it's taken so much better. I just really loved the look of this color. Only that's not what I got. I have to redye.

Wasn’t impressed with the color because it made my hair look dull! Won’t order again.

Love this product. Used it before. My recommendation is bleach your hair out to a banana color if you want the results on the front of box. It is definitively not a product to go over dark blonde to brown. No result. You will be disappointed.

Very good product. It holds on more then 4 washes. Colour is great. I love it.

terrible results it did nothing my hair is a light color i used 2 boxes left in for 45 min and no result !! dissapointing waited for over a week to get it and nothing no color change at all !!
