Also it's quite large and uncomfortable to hold. I returned for refund for these reasons. **Q: How long is the hose pull out?** A: The distance varies depending on how you attached the “counterweight “ to the hose under the sink. Mine is currently set so that fully extended there is 26cm of hose . Note you need to length of the shower head to this in my case overall length comes to about 42cm. By adjusting the weight I think I could add another 3-4cm. **Q: I have pulled it out, all the way, and perhaps too far. Now it won’t go back in. Any suggestions on what to do to push the hose back?** A: Look underneath the sink. You should see the pipe with a weight on it. That is what pulls it back through. If it is lose or at the bottom it is not working correctly or you have pulled it to far and it has jammed. Look for the weight and gently pull on the pipe it is attached to. If it is jammed then you will need to contact a plumber. Hoping for another avesome grohe. ### ⭐ Poor Customer Care from Amazon *by A***R on 1 January 2024* I bought this Tap from Amazon and only had 16 months use of it when it started to leak from inside the tap, I had to call out a plumber over the Christmas period that cost me a lot of money, the plumber said that the tap was leaking from inside and could not be repaired. This is a very expensive tap and when I reported this to Amazon they told me that I had satisfactory use of the products and that 16 months is the average life of the tap and if I need any assistance, I will have to contact the manufacturer direct as they can’t help me. This is a disgrace, this is a very expensive tap and Amazon fail to take any responsibility. Shame on you Amazon for you failure and you lack of customer care.
