Follow directions and they will work great!
Hung this plate wall with various sizes of these disks and it has held up great. Our walls are textured and I was nervous if they would hold but so far so good. I painted the hooks the same color as the wall and you dont even notice them.

Inconsistent results
I have used these for years without problem. When I noticed 2 plates were coming loose after years, I repurchased and they are not working consistently. Some do not even stick to the plate itself so I donโt trust putting them on a wall.
