Great Set
I purchased this for degassing silicone and it works great! Follow the instructions because it sounds like you can break the pump if not used properly. I used this multiple times a day for about two years without issues. The only reason I'm retiring it is because I needed a larger chamber. This ended up being a great starter unit that I could depend on for daily repeated use and I highly recommend it.

No issues
Initial thoughts: Seems pretty decent, especially for the price. All components new and present, easy to assemble, pump pulls to -29 inHg in 2 minutes and no leaks (granted I don't need it to hold more than a few minutes so haven't tested longer). Used a non-misting oil as suggested by other reviews. Seals without any external pressure needed as long as seal is clean - was a bit dusty out of the box but just needed a wipe.

Decent, but fragile
My first vacuum chamber, and one I bought on recommendation from a friend. The first pump I received was broken in a strange way- it functioned, but leaked oil all over. Thankfully, it was swapped out when I reached out to support, no issues. The new one works perfectly, however I don't have too much faith in the valve stems, which are somewhat wiggly when I go to open or close them. I've not had any issues of leakage, but I am warning you to be gentle with them. Decent little starter! Also, to resin newbies- if you're trying to remove bubbles, a pressure pot is better than a vacuum chamber, unless your pour is something that's pretty flat. So, dicemakers should opt to look into pressure, instead, and follow every direction on the pressure pot- they are a bit more dangerous than a vacuum chamber!

Received 3 Used or Damaged Units
This is the third unit I have ordered from Amazon and all three had to be returned. The first one was perfect out of the box, but would not pull a vacuum unless I pressed down on the lid with both arms extremely hard. I tried going through customer service, but after several days with no response I just made the exchange through Amazon. The company rep did finally get back to me and said they did not have any 3 gallons in stock, but offered a different type of chamber that didn’t fit my needs. When the Amazon replacement arrived, it was clearly a used unit. Oil already in the reservoir, residue build up on the fittings, and other obvious signs of previous use. Sent that one back for a refund. Company rep told me to return it for refund and order a new one, so I did. Third unit arrived and the valve housing fitting was cracked right out of the box!! The bottle of oil was sealed, but dirty like it had been on the floor of a jiffy lube all day. It appears to me that they do not have stock in the US right now and are either selling their scratch & dent units (B-stock) or are taking the working pieces of warranty returns and piecing together the kits to sell as new units. If that’s not the case, then the quality of this product is just not what everyone is raving about in previous reviews.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered the BACOENG 3 Gallon Vacuum Chamber Kit with 3.6 CFM 1 Stage Vacuum Pump HVAC back in September, the set up was easy and it worked great! It was everything that I needed & wanted. Well, about 2 weeks ago the pump out of no where started leaking. I contacted customer service via email and was responded to within a day. They asked to see pics of where the leak was so I sent those over. They asked that I empty, clean and refill the oil to see if it was still leaking. Unfortunately it still was :( They said they would send me a new one. That was on Tuesday and by Saturday I had the new pump on my front porch. I was so pleased with the response and help they gave me. And when the help didn't work they made it right. I most definitely recommend them to anyone!

Quiet and efficient
3+ years old. My window fan is twice as loud as this. I don't use it every day, more like once or twice a month. I stabilize woods, de gas silicone for molds and such. Customer service was very accommodating. It sux that I needed it but the lid was cracking. Cactus Juice does NOT affect the acrylic top, Poor materials I'd say. That being said if you are looking at this try to contact them 1st and see if you can get the glass top drilled instead of the acrylic one. I didn't like the volume restrictions on the side mounted gauge. All in all I am very happy. If this were a production shop my opinion might be different but for my use it is fine.

Good quality, but included oil fogs
Good quality for non professional use. I took the pump apart to check the build quality, and it looks very good, no burrs or metal shavings left inside. The hose is very good quality compared to other brands. The vacuum chamber seems to be as well built as any other, and I haven't had problems with leaks. I should mention, the oil it comes with is not very good. It creates an oil fog, which is bad to breathe and can contaminate your projects. I solved the issue by replacing it with TSI Supercool 46 viscosity vacuum pump oil. Seems to be the same viscosity, and solved the oil fog.

I use this product every month
Works great for what I needed to, but still can’t achieve a perfect vacuum. In my case that’s exactly what I need though so that’s fine it’s right below a total vacuum maybe 1 inch of mercury left of pressure. Compared to atmospheric pressure which is about 30 inches of mercury. (so it can achieve 1/30 of the pressure in the air which is enough for me, in my experience with it at least) Changing the oil is nice and easy
