They're reliable and decent quality. Bluetooth and everything works great. Not the best on the market but for the price, not bad at all.

I purchased these for my son who is starting to get into making YouTube content. The 3 inch drivers produce a good amount of bass/mid bass and sound like they are -3-5DB below 45-50hz. Jthis could easily be fixed with a subwoofer if you need flat response down to the low end of the spectrum. The tweeter are very mellow and not fatiguing to listen to like metal tweeters. They get very loud for their size! I have a pair of KRK Rokit 6s on my desk that sound very similar at almost double the size! I was very impressed with all the input options and only needing to run power to one speaker. There is also a switch that allows for the powered speaker to be on the left or the right. Bluetooth is easy to setup and can be “mixed” with RCA/ 1/4 inch wired inputs. An amazing value that might drive me to get a pair for the workout room! I've had these monitor speakers for about 1-2 years now, and honestly, I've got no major complaints. The sound is super clear, especially when using certain software. They're great for watching movies - once you turn the volume up a bit, they really pull you in. The only thing I've noticed is the bass feels a bit weaker than I expected, but that could just be me. Build quality is decent overall, though there are a few small things that could be better. I'd give them a solid 4.5 stars.

This is a very nicely made, nice looking, and easy to use set of Bluetooth speakers. Pros: front power/volume control and headphone out(1/8”) Sounds good without adding too much bass or seemingly enhancing the music. It’s basically presenting the music as it is mixed which is the aim of a reference monitor. Cons: No sub woofer output. It does not enhance the bass frequencies like most consumer speakers. Look for something with a sub if you like heavy bass. This is either a pro or a con depending on the user. It could use a few more ins and outs but for the price their great, especially if you can find them on sale or refurbished for a lower price. I ended up paying well below $100 and it’s been a fantastic addition to my closet studio.

Great speakers for the money. Works well either way my TV and my Bluetooth record player sounds is excellent and loud for the money it’s a great value. It’s very easy to use as well!

These sould great but a big sound but I find them a bit bass'y and work best if the source has some tone control.

I was super-excited to finally set up my home composition space with a pair of monitor speakers. The first tests were excellent - loud music sounds great! However, I soon discovered an audible hiss at softer volumes. A quick google showed that lots of people had the same issue with these speakers. I expect better from Mackie. I returned them.

These small studio monitor speakers are incredibly impressive for their size(enough size 3RCx) The sound quality is outstanding - crisp, clear and well-defined. The bass is ok (but don’t expect like home theatre or 2.1 normal sub woofer with speakers) because all sounds are flat but you can clearly hear every single instrument sounds of the songs /music (depends on input) . They're compact and easy to move around, making them ideal for smaller home studios or for those in need of a good acoustics listeners, I recommend these speakers for anyone looking for good quality music making/mixing or listening chilling vibe music (Led Zeppelin , nirvana, etc…), if you need more bass you can buy a subwoofer separately for 199$, high quality sound without the need for large, expensive equipment. ,

Excellent speakers. The only thing is I wish my phone would automatically connect to the speaker's bluetooth instead of me having to always trigger the connection. I'm sure there's a setting for that somewhere. Besides that, this is an excellent speaker, the bass & treble are perfectly in balance.
