Review: Refurbished rainbow Vacuum - I have used a Rainbow Vacuum cleaner for over 40 years, so I definitely know how to operate one. Mine finally quit after 25 years so I ordered a replacement through desertcart. When I tried to use it the first time, it made an absolutely unacceptable noise and the powerhead did NOTHING!. I notified GreatVac and they, very promptly and courteously, sent me return instructions and I received another complete unit in a reasonable time. I use it exactly 4 times and all was great. When I tried to use it the next time, the powerhead had power to it, but the brush would not turn at all. So, I am now in the "make a video and send it to us so we can decide what to do" process and I don't have a functioning, new, $1000 vacuum! To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will say, their responses have been courteous - I would rather have a machine and powerhead that works!

**Q: Do you need to buy the basin seperately or does it come with it?**
A: What you see in the picture listing is what you're receive so yes, the water bowl will be included.

**Q: Will this model mop? Squirt water out? If so is the attachment available to buy?**
A: The model I purchased does not have an attachment to mop.  I think you can buy the rug cleaning attachments for $199.

### ⭐⭐ Noisy and not clean machine

I just received my "Genuine Rainbow E Series E2 Gold 2 Speed Vacuum" order today (Feb 14, 2020). I turned it on and it's so noisy. The noise sounds like it's about to break down. Sounds like an airplane ready to take off. I used to own 2 Rainbow Vacuums before and I know what they sound like. My second one just stopped working that's why I ordered this one and I know it didn't sound like the one I just ordered here. Besides, the one I ordered here looks like it hasn't been cleaned yet. There are some scratches and the paints around the ring also came off. I'd like to return this machine back to you for a full refund.
