They sent me a brand new one to rectify problem. 5 stars just for customer service!Now review of the product itself. (See pictures) I had no issues with the screws this time around. They went in with ease. Now the handle itself did sit too high once again. I inspected the hole for the handle and discovered there was a "lip" on the inside preventing it from entering in all the way on the shifter. To fix this problem I reamed the inside with a powerdrill. Started off with 1/4in metal drill bit, then slowly with 5/16in, and then to 3/8in. Now it sits flush on the shifter. The feel of the handle is very ergonomical. I could drive and keep my hand on there with freat comfort. I really enjoy the look of the handle, gives an old school muscle car feel. This is a very sturdy handle, it has a great weight to it. This t shift isn't cheaply made and is really comfortable to use. Installation was quick and easy, I decided to tilt mine slightly to the right for easier shifting (saves your wrist). This does fit a 2007 Dodge Charger, mine fit like a glove so no adapting needed at all.
