I have a carpel-tunnel i bought different products before but nothing helps my problem. So far this product seems working it already reduced my pain, i liked the individual finger grips. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Used to get strength back after hand surgery *by L***H on April 6, 2019* Used to get strength back after hand surgery. Product is well made and will last long after it is needed.I had thumb surgery but it affected my whole hand. The ball is great for squeezing and flexing and I will probably use some of the other items after I obtain more flexibility. The hand exerciser is strength adjustable so you can start out light and work up to strong. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for a desk job *by A***H on April 4, 2019* If you sit a desk job and want to get some exercise in this is the perfect set. I got it for just the grip exerciser but it also comes with finger stretchers, a stress ball and a ring you can squeeze. Every two hours or so I do fifty reps on each arm. Since the resistance is adjustable I don't see myself needing a new one of these for a while. It also comes with a pouch that you can put it in when you're done.
