Keeps students from having to share makeup and potential eye infections.* Budget friendly! Great deal especially since it’s a 2-for-1 dual mascara and liquid eyeliner in one package.* Easy application! Easy to apply and remove with makeup remover.Eyeliner PROS:* High school and college students both really liked the liquid eyeliner.* Good opacity, viscosity and ease of application.Eyeliner CONS:* Theatrically, it’s genre specific since it’s black liquid eyeliner. TIP: In order to get the correct style, research character, time period and practice different application techniques (if it still doesn’t work for your character, use something else - Mehron pencil eyeliner, perhaps?)Mascara PROS:* Ease of application and medium non-clumping coverage.* Held up just long enough to last through each performance of a show but with minimal overhead costume/quick changes.Mascara CONS:* Mascara is a bit disappointing as it’s not truly waterproof which is needed on stage to last throughout costume & ambient temperature changes as well as sweating.* If wearing mascara as personal street makeup, mascara flakes/crumbles off w/i 4-6 hours (depending on what your day is like, outdoor temperature, etc.).* Not something to wear dancing if you’re worried about mascara failing.* Possible theatrical wear/long term personal wear PRO(?): at least mascara flakey crumbles and doesn’t bleed/leach down into skin.
