First, this is an amazing vibration plate! Well worth the money! The accessories are great quality and help with my overall workout. This machine is a game changer! I sit at a desk all day and hopping on my vibration plate makes me feel energized and gets my circulation moving after a long day in my chair. Second, I had an issue with my plate after several years of use. I reached out to LifePro support and they replaced my vibration plate with a new one. Their support team was amazing! I can't say enough... great machine... great support.... and this vibration plate is helping me with my overall health. SOOOOO HAPPY!

My PT recommended I get a vibration plate for home, so I got the same one I use when I go to PT😊. This is a quiet machine and doesn’t take a lot of space up. Change speeds easily up or down using the wrist remote as well as change programs. This seems pretty durable and it sets up anywhere in the house-very stable on my carpet where I can watch my show while using it. My whole family can use this, and as my husband and I are getting older, this is good value for the cost. It helps build muscle and stability. They provide ideas other than just standing on it for a variety of exercises. I definitely recommend this.

It is reducing swelling in my ankles, and knees, increasing my heart rate, and blood oxygen levels. I have a finger tip monitor I use to keep track... Resting pulse is around 67, and my blood oxygen saturation is around 95% - 97%.. When using the Rumblex just standing on it, using three settings at once, ( I push the set button 6 times) and speed is on 60.. My heartrate increases to 80 - 88, and my blood oxygen levels rise to 98% - 99%... When using the Rumblex 10 in the Am and 10 at night,... I tried this one day... I had a herxing effect, due to it releasing toxins from my body more quickly than I was prepared to help flush them... What that means is I became slightly nauseated, but a large glass of good water, stopped the nausea, and moved them out... I also had been using the Rumblex in my stocking feet, and on day 7 had a pinching in my right knee when I got up... And I don't have knee pain.. So I wore my athletic shoes, yesterday and had no pain this morning.. I started out using the lower speeds, with slightly bent knees, and would move my feet around the get different angles on my joints... I currently have the computer shoulder, neck, and upper arm pain ... From having to conduct our lives via the computer, and phones... Almost everything in our lives now is done on a computer.... From banking, paying bills, making a grocery list, clipping coupons, ordering takeout, or reserving a table, to managing social lives, photographs, events to attend, and even rounding up friends for class reunions, and then companies who want you to review their products, or services, which I try to do...lololol... And it is taking a toll on my upper body... I have not found away to eliminate this pain... I have tried limiting my use to a few evening hours, and that still isn't enough time to complete every thing.... I guess it boils down to convience with a cost... And I won't take pharmaceuticals, or injections... I prefer a holistic route, with stretching. But still have this nagging pain.... I have tried using the Rumblex bent in half holding the plate for the last two minutes of 10, and so far, I still have no relief... I am in severe pain writing this messege, so I am signing off... I hope this has helped... The only negative I have found so far is my size twelve feet have turned off the machine in the middle of the program... I like the large display/control panel, so I am not sure the fix for this unless the plate was larger...

I bought this vibration plate for lymphatic drainage and also because of the claims that it helps with soreness and body aches. After using it, I can say it definitely does that for me. It’s going to feel weird at first, but once you do it once or twice, you get used to it fast. The vibration is strong and noticeable. I like that it has a 10-minute cycle and then shuts off automatically—though you can do less if you want. It does feel like it “moves” things in your body in a way I wasn’t expecting. You can adjust the intensity level and the direction (up, down, side to side). I started to notice that sometimes I itch after using it. Found out this is due to blood flow (circulation) being stimulated. One of the biggest reasons I keep using it is how I feel afterward. If I have body aches after using it for the full 10 minutes, they’re gone. I also like that it’s an easy add-on to my routine, even if it isn’t a replacement for lifting weights. It won’t completely replace weight training for shaping, but it does provide some toning support. For me, it works.

I got this mainly because I sit at a desk for work and was experiencing some lower back and lower leg soreness. I feel like this machine helps work the soreness out. The human body is not mean to sit stationary for long period of time and this helps for that. My lower back and legs feel much less sore after using this and I think they will only get better over time and regular usage. I usually just use one of the three programs and cycle through a different one each time (10 minutes per day). These move your body with all of the different motions, vibrations and powers automatically so I don't even have to think about it. It was a bit larger than I was anticipating so it's a commitment to set up in your home. It could be stored under a bed easily however you will want to use it often (I try to daily) so it mainly stays out. It runs quieter than expected. Someone could probably even be alseep in the same room and not always be woken up by the sound. I tested the power consumption and it averages about 50-60 watts only. It sometimes ramps up to about 100 watts but never much more than that. Standby draw with the main power switch on, but the unit in auto sleep is only 0.5 watts, negligible. I'm glad to see this as I'm an energy efficiency conscious guy. I went back and forth for a few weeks trying to decide whether or not to purchase this since I hate having buyer's remorse. I can say I am glad that I made this purchase!

Excellent sturdy and professional I’ve worked with it for a few minutes each day It’s very simple to operate once you learn the control panel- The remote watch is great! The only negative I could see was the watch must have a clear unblocked view of the control panel And it is easy to accidentally turn the unit off if it’s the panel is covered Beginners beware and start slow

Hat sich echt gelohnt, ich benutze seit ca 10 Jahren den Vibroshaper und dachte ich probiere mal den Testsieger aus 👍 Ist echt ein lohnender Unterschied . Wesentlich mehr Programme , intensiver und besser zu differenzieren (einzelne Programme) 👍

I will do an update in a month. I've been using it since it arrived. I'm 69 years old and my whole body is tingling. I had it on all 2 settings on highest setting. I don't have the good balance to be comfortable on flat surfaces too long with movement. This being curved is fantastic and my balance is great on it with no straps even set up on it yet. I do feel it more in my shot cartilage of my one knee cap that was broken in a violent car accident 28 years ago. Though it is fine after I spent 15 minutes on it. It is hard to believe I can burn so many calories on what it says wow! I watched YouTube on my smart tv the whole time. If someone is wondering even on high settings with all 3 setting on one would still be able to be on a cell phone. The arms don't shake as much as the rest of the whole body does unless you have your hands on your knees sitting or bending. I stood up on the outside running setting spots the whole 10 mins on highest of everything. This automatically turns off as well. The wrist watch is comfortable, super light and large icons on a large face of the settings on it. The programming wrist setting watch is just a light weight snap around your wrist, no buckles. Easy to setup in 5 minutes or less from the box by yourself if you can lift 40 pounds yourself safely. So far so good. I will never live without one of these the rest of my life. I like it better than my walking pad. I will do an update, and I will also let you know if there EVER becomes a problem with it. I will let you know when and if it dies on me. So far so good with my cheaper $350.00 walking pad lasting very well. I have both of these in my bedroom, giving me more room the walking pad is up against the wall, the vibration pad is beside my bed in the middle in front of the television. These two things are a must!!! More so this vibration pad for people that are retired and not as active as they used to be. Now to put on my straps to I can do pull ups while on the vibration pad.
