Found this product online. Decided to try it. My goal is to lower my diastolic number to normal levels. I am already taking other vitamins and supplements to aid in blood pressure. I am also doing regular cardio and weights. Diet has improved (no processed meats and sweets). Better sleep and reduced stress. My approach is all of the above and not simply relying on a "magic pill". Prior to taking this product, my readings on average have been around 121/89. I wanted to take the full bottle before writing a review. After 30 days, I found that following the suggested dosage was inconclusive. I take between one to three grams of l-arginine daily prior to this product so the dosage of 500 mg per serving per day was insufficient for my body. The last few days before the bottle ran out, I decided to take three capsules per day. I am happy to say after 24 hrs that my diastolic dropped even more. My last reading was 124/83 - good enough for my standards to avoid medication. If you give the product enough time, it should work - along with lifestyle changes. It worked for me and I will continue taking it and will stay on three capsules per serving per day. Remember - always check with your primary care physician before starting any vitamin or supplement. What worked for me may not necessarily work for you. Everyone is different.
