Just what I needed to
This mint relief spray gel works very well. I have neck and back pain, and it helps relax the area almost immediately, especially after my chiropractic therapy sessions. The only downside is that the price is very expensive, but honestly it helps me a lot and I need it. Just don’t apply too much because it can irritate the skin if overused. Also, after applying it, make sure to cover yourself because the strong mint effect can make you feel very cold sometimes. The smell is not unpleasant at all — it has a nice menthol scent.

Roller and Spray are Great!
The spray activates the best but tends to drip down so be careful spraying on your lower back… the roller is second best. The gel hardly worked. Unsure why it did not activate well enough. Will for sure buy another spray and roller at some point.
