Water in my house is from borewell with TDS of more than 300. I have been having severe hair fall and dry skin. Looking at the reviews of this product and also based on recommendation from a friend I bought this product. Its been about 3 weeks now. Installation was very easy and I could fit it myself to the tap with the instructions and tools provided with the pack. Within 1-2 days of using this, my dry skin has reduced. I have also reduced usage of moisturiser from every day to once a week. Not yet sure about hair fall improvement. Will observe and update later. Good product.

I’ve put it in my baby’s bathroom. We get tanker water and so the water used to be pale yellow and would sometimes smell strange. Ever since we have installed this device the water has no color or smell.

The water flow is extremely slow, and it doesn’t even purify the water properly. Within just a month of purchase, I’m already being told to replace the cartridge — which is completely unacceptable. This machine is a total disappointment. It does not work as promised, and for the high price charged, the performance is absolutely pathetic. I feel cheated and would not recommend this to anyone. Don't buy the product at all

I received this product more than 4 weeks ago. I waited 4 weeks as stated in the instructions to see any noticeable change. So here is my review. Packaging was excellent and it was delivered within 2 days. Installation too did not take much time; I was able to do it myself without the need for a plumber. Only some part of instructions could have been clearer. But no complaints until the installation. I had used this for 4 weeks till now. Sorry to say, the product did not meet my very low expectations. We don't see any visible difference it could make. I understand TDS does not change with this filter. But hardness induced hair texture changes, hair fall continue. Bar Soap also loose lather in couple weeks. In fact, it breaks through half way like how it was before indicating water hardness remain. I wished this product would work - but unfortunately it did not. Will see if WaterScience respond and help.

Best filter to use for hard water. I ordered the full kit few months back and works very will to filter out various salts and impurities from hard water supply. My skin and hair was affected by hardwater but got better after using this filter. Highly recommended for apartments with hard water supply.

Well coordinated delivery by Amazon team. Product is well designed. Self Installation was a breeze, clear instructions. Functionality wise, maintains the water pressure (used it for a month now) given our TDH is 700+ and full of sediments. Regular filter used to clog in 20 days time. As for the making water soft, it's decent enough, no alleries or any skin related issues using it so far. That's a huge plus, given the amount of dry skin we used to have with normal water this is a victory.

Bought this product this weeks back, initially the filter was not fitting in the tap, so called customer care and they gave a whatsapp number to share the photo of the tap and they have told me the issue. Very happy with customer service as they had given prompt response. Installation is easy and we can refer to youtube videos also for installation. As there are multiple adapters given , i can use this in both my bathrooms. my taps are different in both the bathrooms, so just remove from one and attach in the other. We are using in kitchen in the night time for cleaning vessels too. its only 2 weeks that we installed the product, i could see an improvement in the quality of water as our water source is borewell water. the company has clearly mentioned that TDS will not reduce. Its only 2 weeks now and will use for another 1-2 months and then share an updated feedback on the product.
