Great on desserts and main courses alike
Very pleased with this balsamic dressing. Have tried it on desserts and main courses and it gives a restaurant quality finish to dishes. The bottle style makes it easy to dispense exactly the desired quantity of dressing, right where it is needed. Would buy again. Fast delivery too!

Tondo Balsamic Glaze
Tasted this recently in tapas restaurant in a olive oil dip. It really went brilliantly with the oil when dipping your bread. Made some myself by reducing a small quantity of balsamic vinegar with a bit of sugar but to do this regularly is a bit of a chore. Saw that the purchase was for three bottles and I have used half of one already after a few weeks. The glaze is also great for enhancing sandwiches or squirting on a bowl of salad. It's not too sweet but is balanced with that balsamic edge . The price seems expensive at first but three bottles should last quite a while!

Glorious Crema di balsamico
This crema di balsamico is a gloriously tasteful product. I find it best 'mixed' with virgin olive oil as a 'dip' for my ciabatta when I have "insalata di mozzerelle". Now that I have found a reliable supplier there is no doubt that I will be re-stocking on a regular basis. Say what you will - Amazon is an excellent source for quality goods.

Balsamic glaze/cream
I love this product for its quality and price. It's a real bargain - the only problem for me which is quite personal is that my favorite glaze is the Black Truffle Balsamic one. I emailed them asking them if they had any of this kind and I hate to say they told me they didn't do that one. Yet, nice balsamic glaze. I recommended.
