I ordered this for my front door threshold. I received it quickly, it was packaged well- I’d considered it frustration free but still VERY secure, which is a rare combination- usually it’s one or the other. I put it together before I even noticed the instructions, so it’s very easy to put together. Very solid and adaptable. Unfortunately my storm door won’t close with it which surprised me because the lip isn’t thick at all. I went to fill in the return after looking hopefully for something from the same company that might accommodate my needs but couldn’t find anything. The returns page says to contact the manufacturer- which I did. The young lady I spoke to was very helpful, and apologetic that desertcart has it setup that way as the money doesn’t go to them and the returned items don’t even come to them. I called the number she provided got an automated system that sent me a return link that yet again took me to the manufacturer information. This is a GREAT product, I’m very impressed with everything about it but if you have a storm door know upfront it might not work with your door. And if it doesn’t work you can’t return it despite it saying it’s a Prime item. If you don’t have a storm door you will not regret this purchase.
