Low quality
Returned my order. Not good quality at all. Cheap and obviously so once you open the package. Instead spent £70 on 8 60x60cm EQ Acoustics foam tiles. No messing about with vacuum packed foam that requires heating, soaking etc only to find 50% wont reshape. Not the best idea imho.

Decent product although a little overpriced
Acoustic sound panels but not for sound proofing. They do help with the acoustic balance of my studio room though so not a waste of money!

Not sure they were worth it!
I have been on a journey with these. The instructions say to soak them in water then tumble try on a medium heat or just leave them out for 24-48 hours and they will expand. I don't have a dryer so I left them out to expand. After four days parts of them had gotten bigger but not one had properly expanded. I went back onto the page on amazon and the instructions on there said to soak them for 1 minute and you can use a hair dryer to dry them. So I tried that and they still werent expanding so I started lightly pinching the parts that werent expanding and they started to get bigger. Even though they are now looking better they are still not dry and I'm pretty sure im going to blow up my hair dryer trying to dry them fully. So yes they look ok after alot of hassle but I really don't know if it was worth it. I bought more expensive ones before for my singing room as I'm a singing teacher and I was able to just open them up and pop them on the wall so it was way easier and less time consuming even if it cost a little more. Can't say how they are for use yet as they haven't made it to the wall #stilldamp

Ineffective Foam Tiles which ruin your walls.
Bought this 12 Pack Set of Acoustic Foam Panels hoping to improve the sound quality in my home studio, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The foam material is practically useless for dampening sound; it doesn't absorb or reduce noise in any noticeable way. If you’re expecting professional-grade soundproofing, this product isn’t it, hence the low price-tag. Your money is best spend on something a bit more expensive. While the adhesive backing is strong, it’s too strong. Once the tiles are on the wall, they’re nearly impossible to remove without ripping chunks of paint or drywall off. So not only does the product fail at its primary purpose, but it also causes lasting damage to your walls if you try to take it down. ==Overall Review== Advantages: Adhesive is very strong, so the tiles stay put. Disadvantages: Foam material does nothing to dampen or absorb sound. Impossible to remove without ruining walls. Poor quality for any studio or soundproofing purposes. In conclusion, I cannot recommend these Acoustic Foam Panels to anyone looking for effective soundproofing. They’re a waste of money and could leave you with costly wall repairs. -Shaker

Great for the price, Recommend
Great for the price, Recommend, A tip if you are fitting the, I glued them to an ard carboard piece and bought the little double sided take things, the ones that if you pull on you can take off the wall with out damaging the paint.

Nice quality, no flaws. Seem to work well in small apartment.
These panels help to deaden the sound from above in my studio apartment. There is a thin wall behind our couch that transfers sound from above very easily so that's where these were placed. Just follow isntructions to wash, wring out and dry and you shouldn't have any problems. The 3M tape that came with it is ok, but foam needs something like a glue/adhesive which is what I used to put these up. Have had no problems with them although sometimes I take a lint roller to them as I have cats and hairs somehow manage to make their way up there! Either way, these panels do make a difference if placed strategically where noise transfers most easily. Nice product and may order more to fill more of the open space.
