As for monitoring your steps I have found this monitor the most accurate that I have ever used and does encourage you to get up and move a bit more **Q: Would like to know if this will pick up your steps if you wear it in your bra (like you can the fitbit!)?** A: No you couldn't IMO. I used to wear a Fitbit clipped to my bra which was fine, but this pedometer is way bigger and bulky, and would be uncomfortable and give you a very bumpy clothing line. I wish they'd make a small neat pedometer.... **Q: How many steps do you have to do in a row, before it starts registering them?** A: according to the manual it does not start recording until 10 continuous steps but then when it does start it counts those 10 steps **Q: What does the step clock go up to?** A: Although I haven't had the pedometer long enough yet, it appears that it should display the number of steps up to 999999 before rolling over back to 000000 (that's a lot of miles!)
