Perfect for pancit
I love these rice noodles for pancit. I ordered other brands but the noodles were too thick. These are PERFECT for pancit. I have ordered multiple times. I let them soak while I'm preparing the other ingredients. The texture and the flavor are superb. If you're looking for noodles to make pancit, look no further. These are perfect and the price is great!

I absolutely love the consistency of these noodles.
Love the absorbing nature of these. Enough for many bowls of noodles! Remember, fold them in at the end, don't over work them or they'll fall apart!

Turns to mush
Full disclosure; I have zero experience with rice noodles of any kind. That being said I used these to make egg flour soup and boy was that a mess! The noodles broke up into small rice sized particles and the soup looked like mush. It tasked ok, not great but not horrible, but it is not something I would want to present to a guest! I don't know what to use the rest of the noodles for since they clearly do not stand up to heat well.
