I bought this MacBook Pro 2019 renewed on Amazon, and I’m honestly very impressed. It arrived in great condition—almost like new—with minimal signs of use. The performance is fast and smooth, handling multitasking, work tasks, and even some editing without any problems. The Retina display is still stunning, with sharp details and vibrant colors. The build quality feels premium and solid, just as you would expect. The keyboard and trackpad are responsive, and the battery life is still reliable for everyday use. Buying it second-hand was definitely worth it, as it offers excellent value for the price. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a renewed MacBook!

I've had this MacBook for a few weeks now and I love it! The seller shipped on time and it was delivered earlier than expected. It has pretty awesome awesome specs, smooth and fast. I'm a graphic designer who uses Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator etc and have multiple other programs, browsers etc running at the same time. There’s no lag. I bought this to replace my 2013 MacBook (that I loved and named McKenzie) and the difference is obvious. This laptop is refurbished but I couldn't what what wrong. It has neither scratches not technical hangups. I'm not a computer expert, just an end user who wants a powerful machine, that runs all my programs without delay and in satisfied. Ooh and the display is wonderful. At first, I had in auto adjust but then as comfortable as that was on my eyes, my screen was cream coloured and I needed it bright white for best colour representation. I knew I was going to buy a refurbished MacBook because I could get better specs for my budget, but I was nervous about purchasing from an external source (not Apple). I'm glad I took the chance. What I would have gotten from the apple store had nothing on this. 5 stars.

However, my enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment when, after just two months of use, I started experiencing a severe screen flickering issue. What made matters worse was that this problem occurred without any physical damage or accidents – it simply happened out of the blue. The screen flickering issue left me utterly frustrated, especially since it happened while I was traveling abroad. I was unable to return the product within the allotted timeline for returns, and that added to my frustration. I had expected a higher level of quality and reliability from a premium product like the MacBook. The laptop was used rarely and the flickering screen significantly impacted my productivity It was impossible to have any form of entertainment with the constant distraction of a flickering display. I attempted various troubleshooting steps and updates, but none of them resolved the issue. Overall, my experience with the MacBook has been far from ideal. The product's reliability and quality were not up to the standard I expected. which has always been known for its high-quality products. It's frustrating to spend a significant amount of money on a device and then encounter such a serious issue shortly after purchase. I hope you addresses these quality control issues, as I believe you should stand behind the quality of their products, even after the initial purchase period has elapsed.

It’s fast, reliable, and has great internet connectivity. All features work great. The sound quality is great, and the battery is good. It was delivered earlier than expected!

Works great! Looks brand new. absolutely nothing wrong with it. This is the fourth one I have purchased (previously purchased for my wife, son and daughter). This thing does everything I need it to do and I absolutely love it!

I had to reset my computer almost immediately after I set it up due to a corrupt file in a program I downloaded(maya3d) its a safe program but I hadn't figured out yet that all I needed to do was reset the preferences. Also considering other factors after what I found out. I had looked at the specs before hand and everything had matched up with what the seller had posted on amazon. Unfortunately, after the reset I noticed the set up was a bit different than the first time and once it was finished I took a look at the specs again. I noticed that the previous AMD Radeon Pro 555X graphics title had been replaced with an Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB. A big reason why I bought this specific computer was for portable (entry level)3d modeling and the graphics card information is very important. The fact that they lied about the specs is enough reason to return it. On top of that they used a program to cover their lie as well. The even more unfortunate part is that I need this laptop for school and work and this is literally so frustrating. no wonder they keep lowering the price of the laptop on amazon. I understand this is a renewed laptop snd I also understand that when we pay for something as expensive as a MacBook laptop we deserve to get what we paid for. You will only know that they lied once you reset your laptop which by then It may be too late. The fact that this is from amazon renewed is even more disappointing as they should be a reputable seller AS THEY HAVE THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IN THEIR NAME. Yes, I am very frustrated, I'd go ahead and do a little more research before you purchase this laptop. Maybe go with a refurbished/renewed laptop that's certified or approved by apple themselves. I know that's what i'll be looking for next. And definitely not buying from this shop again.

Ordered this MacBook Pro on Friday and it got here Sunday. Packaging was good. Comes with charger and that’s all. Once I booted it up I checked the specs. They sent me a 512Gb MacBook Pro, instead of the 256Gb one! Major upgrade for free. As for condition, everything checks out. Battery life, fans, RAM, keyboard, every component checks out and tests good. There are two dings and 2-3 scratches on this Laptop, that is the only way I can tell it’s not new. Incredible deal for under $900. I do recommend upgrading from Catalina OS to Monterey OS when you get it.
