Works excellent, i have purchased at least 5 times now. Saves hundreds of $$$, the poor reviews are from people who do not know what they are doing, or didn't watch the how-to videos.

Worked as described, becareful it can get messy if you Don't take your time. Hot iron works but needs to get hotter, tKes longer to make a hole through plastic, but wouldn't burn through the membrane as video shows. Printer still shows as low ink even know it's full. Not sure why this is.

Toner ink is dull

I put this toner in my HP laserjet printer, and it immediately started streaking. I'm guessing the toner must be imcompatible or I screwed something up. Worth a try I guess.

our cartridges were knockoffs and you could visibly see the refill plug was removable. so, I didn't need the tools to burn a new hole. Pulled the plug, opened the toner bottle seal and started filling! Put plug back and returned to printer. First print page was PERFECT!! Soooooo easy and we will be doing our own refills from now on. you don't receive full bottles. you receive enough for one filling as described in listing. a new toner cartridge is literally 10grams heavier than one of our empty cartridges and this company sends 40gr per bottle. So, I feel I'm getting an even better deal. A full unopened bottle weighs 63gr and an empty bottle weighs 20grams. Most importantly, the print quality was perfect!

HP has a fabric bag inside the plastic casing. There is not an exacto razor tool included to cut the fabric bag. When the fabric bag is cut, and you insert the toner dispenser, the internal fabric bag collapses and the toner goes between the bag and the plastic casing. The toner is a powder and is easily airborne, so trying to coerce the spilled toner is impossible and gets all over your hands and clothes.

Received my toner powder and tool. Was going to refill my toner cartridges for a lexmark c3224dw laser printer. This product only had 40 grams of toner per bottle, which was more then enough to refill my cartridges. My cartridges have a spot to refill, all I need to do it pull the plug... refill.... then put the plug back in. Once the cartridges are refilled, I enter the settings on my laser printer and reset the toner..... I was not sure if I needed to add a new computer chip to the toner cartridge, but it appears that I do not... once I reset the toner through settings, my "low level" toner warning disappeared and it works 100%. Knowing this, I just purchased a 400gram bag of toner for all 5 colors of my laser printer for future refills. This item was perfect for a "test" of the first refill... was perfect and now I also have the tool to use on other projects if needed.

Although they included youtube video showing the procedure, it involves damaging cartridge cloth lining and hence it is impossible to contain powder within cartridge. Rating of the product 0/5
