This kit makes it super easy to go tubeless. I took about an hour to install on my bike and I've got about 3/4 pouch of sealant left for a top up in the winter, and enough tape for of I have to replace it at any time. So glad I did this, back when I was cycling year ago tubeless was the next big scary thing, now it's no different to changing a tube. Great kit, super high quality components and plenty of info online to get you started.

Works well with brand new rims & tyres. If you're replacing an existing setup, don't bother - even if you have very slightly worn tyres. The tape doesn't adhere very well even after thorough cleaning, and the tape-join sticker had come off upon my second attempt. The tape slipped out of position after 3-4 rides. This surprised me as most Muc-Off products are usually very good. After round 2, extra tape and sealant it seems ok but the time spent faffing around was equal to fixing about 10 punctures.

Been running this sealent on some vittoria barzos over the winter, haven't had any issues, no flats and don't lose much pressure either.. first time going tubeless and everything in this kit seems to work as described. I can't complain, I'm not really punishing my bike across trails, more of an all year leisure rider off road but it's doing what it's supposed to for my usage..

I bought this kit about a month ago and set up tubeless on a new gravel bike. I've done tubeless conversions a lot, but this is the first time I've used this brand. Overall, my impressions are negative. My main complaint is the tape, which compared to the Stans version is oddly crinkly and hard lay down flush to seal the rim. I've had issues maintining pressure and when, sick of getting my pump out again and again on a ride I decided to put in a tube I found that the tape had lifted off the rim in places. Also, the selant doesn't seem to work as well as Stans. Nicks in the tires have spluttered and not sealed easily.

Brand new Maxiis - tubeless ready on my Whyte T140, stuffed the tyres full of Muc Off goo, 2 rides later I had a tiny pin prick of a hole half way up a massive hill. Spun the tyre a bit, re-inflated, watched the Muc Off gunk slowly leak out of said hole as liquid and not firm up. Tried reinflating then spinning. Same. Plugged the hole myself after a 2 Mile walk home. Same thing happened on my very next ride. Bad times - Stans en route.

Habe das Tubeless-Kit "Kies" für alte Mavic CrossRide (2012, nicht TLR) in Kombination mit modernen Nobby Nic (TLR) verwendet. Wertet ein restauriertes Oldtimer-Rigid-MTB auf und haucht ihm noch mehr Fahrspaß ein. Das Tubelessband reicht vielleicht noch für einen zweiten Satz 26"-Laufräder, die Rolle ist reichlich. Die Montage war einfach, das Einfüllen der Dichtmilch ebenso. Die Dosierung ist mit den Dichtmilch-Quetschtüten allerdings nicht sehr genau und ich füllte eher mehr ein als geplant. Eine der beigefügten Ventilkappen kann als Ventileinsatzschlüssel verwendet werden. Ein nicht zwingend erforderliches spezielles Werkzeug zur festeren Montage der Ventile am Laufrad lag nicht bei, sonst aber alles, das man braucht. Bin mit dem Produkt und dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden.

Ihave very little experience with bike wrenching and could convert my gravel bike tyres totally easy with this kit. Muc-Off also has some nice videos on YouTube where they show exactly what you need to do. Keep the 140ml sealant bags and refill them with sealant from a bigger bottle - no mess, no unnecessary plastic waste. I’m very impressed.

I needed this product to my tubeless ready rims. It did the job. I have tubeless wheels now.

Facile da utilizzare, con chiarissime spiegazioni, la fornitura di 3 tipi di guarnizioni per le valvole, fornite, consente l'adattamento a qualsiasi forma di parete interna dei cerchi. Il terzo cappuccio, con svita valvole, è la ciliegina sulla torta. Inoltre, l'interno delle valvole (lato ruota) hanno il foro sagomato per usare una brugola da 3. Questo permette di utilizzare una brugola per tenere ferma la valvola mentre esternamente si avvita la rondella esterna, con O-ring. Come chicca finale il liquido, che viene dichiarato efficiente per fori fino a 6 mm, reagisce agli UV. Con una lucina UV è quindi possibile verificare dove ci sono perdite. Che altro dire... Consigliatissimo a tutti i latticizzatori!
