I thoroughly enjoyed this book. As a novice investor, I was able to better understand and plan how my decisions will affect my taxes. Tax planning is key and should be proactive. Highly recommend this book for any RE investor, established or brand new.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic book, saved me thousands

This was a fantastic book. Concise, well written with numerous examples. It saved me thousands. One misconception I had was that my cpa would be proactive about reducing my tax burden. I was wrong.I brought up a few strategies laid out in this book, specifically full time real estate designation for my spouse and cost segregation analysis. His reply was "yes, that would save you a lot of money". Thanks pal.I am likely not alone in this situation. Highly recommend reading this book and then consulting your cpa to see if the strategies are appropriate for you.Also, fire your cpa if they're anything like mine!
