Great tool for increasing arm strength. Still need to assure proper mechanics but very useful tool. Real ball feels like a feather after throwing these balls for awhile.

These are high quality. They are exactly what you expect. Durable baseballs that have additional weight. Honestly, I'll probably never throw with the 2 heaviest balls. They feel "too heavy" to play catch with. As someone who has had elbow surgery, I knew I needed to build up my arm strength again. I got these so I could trust my arm's endurance and strength on the mound and behind the plate. They've done that. My elbow feels healthy. I've also increased my velocity on my throw. I wouldn't recommend them for long toss. If you're throwing with them, the normal distance will work fine.

Decent texture (it's obviously not leather, but can be gripped well), actual seams - a much better training tool than conventional heavy balls. All balls are about 1/2oz lighter than advertised, making the 6oz ball rather useless (it's 5.5oz compared to a 5-5 1/4oz regulation baseball).

bought these for my son to strengthen his arm and he really likes them. They seemed to hold up pretty well.

They have worked out so good for my grandson who moved up in an older league after going through tryouts!!!!! We are slowing starting off with lighter ball and then going to work up before tournaments start!!!!

These were the best gift for my son. He’s a college ball player and he was very impressed with them
