Strong not bitter coffee
it is a good coffee, I still feel something is missing, it's not full body dark roast for my taste, but is not bitter which I don't like, overall is a good coffee

yup, I'll be back
This was just a little one (2 lb). To see if DARK BRAZIL was to my taste. It is. So 5 lb. next. And this (DARK BRAZIL) is only (4out of 5) on their "darkness scale". So I still have something left. For when this darkness loses it's savor. If you are already there (ready for the 5 of 5 darkness). They do sell some. It's probably as great (to it's genera) as this (DARK BRAZIL) is to my darkness level. This company has "good quality beans", "good quality packaging (the 5 lb bad has a zipper on it, nobody else does that)", and a "great price". That's a home run in my eyes.

Excellent coffee to wake up to!
This coffee tastes so smooth and is very aromatic. There was no bitter taste and it accepts flavoring such as cinnamon very well! I love a stronger tasting coffee and this did not disappoint!

Excellent coffee roaster, Always Fresh!
Deep roasted blend that is in between the medium blend and rich espresso. I grind the beans on medium. There is a beautiful aroma of chocolate. Very smooth and no acidity from this blend.

Love this coffee. Has a bold dark roast flavor without the bitterness some French Roasts have.

Damaged and bland…
Product arrived damaged. Tried the coffee but it was weak and stale. Beans barely looked roasted.
