It makes the most delightful popcorn that is delicate, chewy and darn tasty. This is my recipe for Disappearing Popcorn: I use light Organic Olive oil (enough to cover the kernels) then put about a cup of popcorn kernels in a large pot on medium high heat and cover the pot. Once I hear the first kernel pop, I throw in the salted butter and swirl the pot around (lid on) a few times to circulate the butter around and let it do it's thing. I then let the popcorn pop until there is a 1-2 second pause between pops and then I turn of the heat. What comes out is beautifully popped kernels that are delicate, chewy and PERFECTLY buttered. I then throw some white truffle salt on it and toss it again for that final touch.
