No problem out of the box
I bought this in replacment for a performance tools that lasted a total of 3 days. Came apart 2 times on the first day and stripped it down and put it back together. This one has had no issues at all. I have put it through some heavy pressure use and it doesn't bog down and stop and the ability to redirect the air is really nice for if you don't want to change to a blowing nozzle it is nice and quick.

Do NOT buy !!!
I bought this grinder based on the warranty and some of the reviews. And also because of the Jet reputation which is usually upstanding. I had to return the grinder TWICE. Both times after only about 6 months of using it. I oiled it daily as it should be and greased the head also. The only good thing about this item was that it was very easy to return and get replaced and then finally when I was fet up with the tool,Asurion handled my refund very professionally. So if you still want to try your luck and buy this crappy tool, I advise you to purchase the the extended warranty etc.

Description of product is false
The description of product is false and doesn’t reflect product. Will be returning to Amazon and buying from local vendor as to not knowing which others are falsely labeled. It is not a 3/4hp motor but a 1/3hp. I would wish Amazon would put more time into actually putting the right description in the details. Yea I could have looked it up from the manufacturer or Amazon could have got it right. Anyways at the price offered it is overrated and overpriced for what it is and I guess that is why the star rating reflects as it should.
