Review: Great sound Quality - Great sound quality Review: Excellent sound quality, but my unit had audio dropouts and Teams mute synch failures. - The sound clarity on this device was excellent, the probably best of the several ~$100 speakerphone units that I tried in choosing one. Unfortunately, I experienced inbound audio dropouts while using MS Teams, frequently enough to make the device unsatisfactory. An A:B test with other devices showed this to be an issue with the Avaya device. An additional nice feature of this device that backfired was mute synch with MS teams. Device was aware of Teams and vice-versa, so if I muted on device, teams would show my mic as muted. This was great except when the device and Teams mute status occasionally fell out of synch. Inconvenient but not a show stopper. Because of the inbound audio dropouts, I returned the device. I did not pursue a replacement. May be worth a try (and a review) if you're looking for the best sonic clarity at this price point. The phone itself does not have a dialpad, so you will need to dial from the iPhone and the audio will be directed to the speakerphone.
