The MiBoxer WL-5 is a compact and efficient LED strip driver for RGB-CCT LED strips. I have paired it with the snazzy MiBoxer B4 remote wall controller and I also make use of the free MiBoxer app on my iPhone and iPad. I could not find any information about linking to my home automation server over WiFi, which is a shame. I am driving two 3.2 metre LTRGBW Double Row 5050 RGB-CCT Tunable White Color 600 LEDs 24V 5-colour LED strips which take a combined current of up to 4.8A. The WL-5 seems perfectly happy and is barely warm at this level of load. Everything works very well. Hue, Saturation and Brightness all control smoothly. The wider colour gamut resulting from the use of five LED colours makes for much more pleasant and restful colours. There are eight preset "moods", such as "reading", "dining", "disco". It would have been nice if these were user adjustable. You can select multiple switch-on and switch-off events for different days of the week using the iPhone app, but they all have to use whatever is the current colour. Again, user adjustable colour for each timer switcvh-on would have been nice. I only have Apple gizmos, but there is no Apple Home or Siri interface. I have not tried Alexa or Google Home. Considering the reasonable price and excellent performance, I am one very happy customer.

I bought this with a FUT092 remote. It took me a while to figure out how to pair the remote. I thought I needed to turn the lights off from the app but I had to power it off from the power source.

Make sure you download the MiBOXER Smart app (says smart at the bottom of the tab as a red banner). You do not need a gateway. Safety function (flashed when something is wrong) doesn't really work properly. Don;t like that you need to register your details to set up an account just to use the device.

MI Boxer app is not compatible with Google home, this is still being advertised as smart and compatible.... LIES!

I Set this up with 20v dc and a basic RGB LED strip 100% wired correctly and when I powered it up all LEDs lit up rather bright instantly burning out and melting a plastic real see picture attached. THIS CONTROLLER IS A FIRE RISK

Usato per montare luci led in camera di mio figlio e collegarle ad alexa. Fa quello che deve fare, ottimo prodotto e molto versatile per ogni tipo di striscia led.

Ich habe den LIGHTEU®, Milight Miboxer WL5 5in1 WiFi LED Controller 2 mal gekauft und im Einsatz. Hier sind meine Erfahrungen: Einrichtung & App: Die Einrichtung des Controllers und die Verbindung mit dem heimischen WLAN waren einfach. Wichtig zu beachten ist, dass nur 2,4 GHz WLAN-Netze unterstützt werden. Ich nutze die MiBoxer App zur Steuerung, welche ich als zufriedenstellend und benutzerfreundlich empfinde. Kompatibilität & Funktionen: Ich betreibe den Controller mit einem RGBCCT LED-Streifen. Die Einrichtung für diesen Modus (einer der fünf unterstützten Ausgangsmodi) funktionierte problemlos. Alle Funktionen wie Dimmen, Farbwechsel (sowohl RGB als auch Weißtöne), das Abrufen von Szenen und die Timer-Funktion funktionieren zuverlässig und wie erwartet. Steuerung (App/Sprache/FB): Die Steuerung über die MiBoxer App ist sehr gut und reaktionsschnell. Eine separate Fernbedienung nutze ich nicht. Die Einbindung in Google Home war ebenfalls einfach und die Sprachsteuerung funktioniert einwandfrei. Stabilität & Zuverlässigkeit: Die WLAN-Verbindung des Controllers ist durchgehend stabil, ich hatte bisher keinerlei Verbindungsabbrüche oder Aussetzer. Der Controller reagiert immer zuverlässig auf Befehle. Fazit: Ein sehr guter und vielseitiger LED-Controller, der hält, was er verspricht. Die Einrichtung ist einfach (wenn man das 2,4GHz-WLAN beachtet), die App-Steuerung und die Google Home Integration funktionieren super. Die Kompatibilität mit verschiedenen LED-Streifen-Typen (dank 5in1) ist ein großer Vorteil. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut fair. Ich bin vollkommen zufrieden und kann den Controller empfehlen. Klare 5 Sterne!

L’un des deux boîtiers que j’ai commandés ne fonctionne pas.

Gran calidad, fácil de instalar y de conectar, he tenido algunas dudas y la atención al consumidor ha sido totalmente correcta. Las tiras de LED se pueden controlar a través de este controlador led con la app o a través de la voz con el asistente de Google o Alexa, también hay disponibles mandos a distancia con el que controlar hasta 8 controladores, yo adquirí también uno y estoy muy satisfecho.
