***Update 3+months in *** I am so happy I just went for it. This supplement has brought me to who I want to be. Great energy- great mood ( unless someone aggravates me haha) I am now 6 days a week in the gym. Do more than I ever dreamed of which is I actually RUN !!!! Not for my life but for being alive. Feeling great and the lbs disappear in a healthy non deprived way. All I can say to all of you : TRY IT !! WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOOSE? ( size large now - 14 ) Here an honest not paid for, review. Have a seat and read it and you might just found a solution to your problem. I am a nearing 50 female always Jo-Jo'ed in weight since teenage years. My biggest size I have worn was 3x / plus size 24. My smallest I was a 12 and cutting out pretty much all the food but always tired no energy. Swollen feet -knees -acing bones all over. Last December I hit an all time low. Having no control over when full is full. In addition I started to be extremely depressed and the only fix was my bench eating of chocolates to make me happy for 10 minutes before passing out sleeping. My three terrible P's ( Pizza - Pasta - Potatoes) gave me a belly that was its own person. Nope I was not pregnant with an elephant! I decided I was doing some research about menopause and bla bla. All the stuff that is about to come my way with getting older. I visited my GP ( General Practichioner ) asked for a check up blood test etc. A week after, he said everything is fine. I just need to loose weight. Duh !!! So how to let your brain know you are full and you are actually a happy person ?! Well I found out after all my readings of compared notes from Europe and USA. Underfunction of the thyroid!!! So I thought ok it can't hurt if its a supplement ( boost ) . I did not write a review right away because I wanted to see if it has just a placebo effect or if it really works. So I am taking it for almost a month. 3rd day in of taken one in the morning and one in the evening, my energy level increased noticeably. When I woke up in the morning I was ready for the day. My pains seemed to disappear and I started to increase my activity however my hunger level was more frequent but wayyyy less than before. Overall my belly is shrinking very visibly and I signed up with the gym 8 weeks ago but went there only 3 times with aftermath pain before I took this supplement . Now I am going every other day. Yay I am back !!!! Btw my choices are healthy for 5 days and I do cheat 2 days, however even on my cheat days I am catching myself not wanting / craving any of the three terrible P's. I will update again in about 3-4 weeks.

I started taking these because I have borderline Hypothyroidism. At the time I started taking these I had ran out of my Levothyroxin prescription and recently switched doctors and my new doctor didn't agree I had Hypothyroidism. So, I sought a more natural approach to increase energy, lose weight, and manage my intolerance to cold. So, I've been taking it for over half a year now, and even though I was re-prescribed Levothyroxin a couple months ago I've continued to keep taking it. I decided to take one pill a day instead of two, because I wanted to play it safe, especially now that I'm back on Levothyroxin. It actually works very similar to Levothyroxin for energy. In that it gives a tiny boost of energy, barely enough to notice, but just enough to feel like, yeah, I feel a little better. I didn't notice any major differences with weight loss, but I didn't notice that with Levothyroxin either. My cold tolerance is a little better, and, I have been checking my temperature every so often and now instead averaging 96 or 97 something, I'm now more likely to be 97 or 98 something. Now, here's the weird part, my bra size before starting these vitamins was 50C, which I always felt was a somewhat small cup size for my body type, and small compared to my sister's breast size, but as of today? It is a whopping 48DDD! How am I sure it was the Thyroid Energy vitamins? Well first of all I started taking them at 23 and a half years old, too old for a growth spurt. The growth didn't start until after I began taking them. I didn't gain any weight in the time span. I saw my doctor and had my hormones checked(which were all in the normal range), and had pregnancy ruled out. I became suspicious of the Thyroid Energy vitamins because they were the only new thing I was taking at the time, so when I ran out at one point with a cup size of 48DD and didn't get a new bottle for another month, it was the perfect opportunity to see what would happen, and my breasts stopped growing, shortly after starting up on the Thyroid Energy vitamins, they started growing again! Now at 48DDD my bra is starting to feel snug but I think the growing has finally stopped. I'm not totally sure why they stimulated breast growth in me, when obviously most women didn't have that side-effect. Apparently L-Tyrosine and Folate can both increase bust size. Although from what I gather they don't cause very much growth, maybe I'm special, but I believe the reason these vitamins increased my breasts so much was because my hormones were off due to my Hypothyroidism and PCOS, and these vitamins regulated and normalized my hormones so I could have the breast size I was meant to have. It was annoying to keep having to buy new bras, but I am a very large woman and now my breasts finally look like they fit in with the rest of my body. I will continue taking these vitamins, because I feel like they're doing something good to my hormones.

Using as a thyroid supplement in lieu of levothyroxine. Have used other thyroid supplement brands as well and they all work as my thyroid level came down in the normal range. So, most supplements work taken over about 6 months. I chose the Now brand b/c it is a USA company, the amount of pills was high, and the price was right.

This is working well surprisingly... I always have cold hands and feet and even my chest skin is super cold, and I get into an infection every two or three months and have sinusitis going on all the time. I sleep super long after heavy workout. My doctors kept telling me I'm fine but I know things are not. I had a bad cold going on for almost a month and since I started taking the Thyroid Energy, the cold went away in less than a week, faster than ever before. I excised more but slept less. Then I stopped taking it and my cold feet, cold chest skin and drowsy sleeps came back again. The day I started it again, I feel blood flows immediately to my lower body and my chest.

I’ve been taking this as directed for a couple of months now. I have thyroiditis. Dieting and exercising. There has been no benefit whatsoever. I’ve actually put on a little bit of weight.

Thyroid Energy capsules seem promising. There are no side effects for me. But it's early days to say that it is effective. Will know that after my next blood test.

This seems to be the first Thyroid product that I have found that is actually working . My temperature is always on the low side. Since taking this product , it is ALMOST up in the normal range . First time for me ! Expecting that in the long run my temp will go to complete normal . Some things take time !

Not a fan of the brand anymore. Cheaper items tend to come with a higher price down the line.
