I bought this for my brother in law as he isn't tech savvy. His eyes were damaged in an explosion many years ago and he has difficulty reading in poor light. He's delighted to able to read easily again and also that it has both a base to use on the bedside table and a clamp to use at his desk. Good product that does exactly what it should.

This is a great magnifying lamp for my hobbies. It's a good price, it's lightweight, it's bright enough for me whilst I paint and draw, and the magnifying glass is handy when I make model kits. I was surprised how light it is. Compared to our old magnifying lamp, this is like a feather. Haven't charged it yet, haven't needed to, and I've had it for a week. For the price, it's a winner so far.

This is a very good quality product, well packaged with clear instructions.it is useful to have a solid base and also a clamp to fix onto a table. The 5x magnification is generally useful but the 10x is is only the size of a 10pence piece. I am visually impaired so would have preferred one that was overall 10x. I think for most uses it would be adequate. Why did you choose this product over others?: I chose this because it looked nice and I thought suited my needs.

Brought this to replace my old mains powered one. I must admit its very good. i use it for model building and as it has no mains lead its much better for moving about to where i want it. the brightness of the leds is very good and much more of a whiter light than my old one bulb version. Has a nice weight to it and feels well made. I like the grove in the top of the base, you can pop things in it like a pen or tweezers ext. When you bend the stem, it stays in place and feels solid. the magnification, for me, is very good and i can clearly see very small parts on my models when trying to glue or paint them. Over all I'm very happy with this lamp/magnifier. I would recommend, its brilliant in my opinion.

Very well made magnifier. Husband with sight problems was thrilled with this. I'll use it too for looking close up at coins etc, but it was an ideal birthday present for him and couldn't be happier. Definitely 5 stars.

Bought this in order to read small print on letters/laptop. The magnification and light are excellent, however, I encountered a few problems with the hands free stand and clip. You can separate the magnifier and the base section but this is not easy to do. Also putting it back together is awkward and requires some amount of force to re-attach the base section. The clip to put it on the side of a tray/desk is extremely stiff and does not stay attached for long. If you have problems with grip this may not be the right product for you.

I have cataracts and find this lamp invaluable for close work when I am sitting in the comfort of the sitting room and not in my studio. It is perfect for embroidery as the lamp is bright (three settings) and daylight in colour, and the gooseneck is easy to manipulate. In daylight you can also use it as a simple magnifier without turning on the lamp. I haven't really used the clip-on stand as I have it clamped to the edge of my table, but I love the design of this - so clever - this was what attracted me to the lamp in the first place. The stand is easy to clip on and remove. The lamp is compact and convenient - much more so than the floor-standing version I have, and the strength of the magnifier is perfect. I have a small drawstring cloth bag which I put over the lens when the lamp is not in use, to protect it from dust. It is a good idea to do this with any magnifier if there is a danger of sunlight falling on it as this could cause a fire. This is the only slight drawback with this lamp, that the lens has no cover, but our room never gets direct sunlight so for me it isn't a problem. I also purchased a longer cable as the supplied one was a bit too short for my purposes. Highly recommended puchase - I am using this every day and wondered how I managed without it!

Light doesn't charge anymore and lights up very dim when plugged in. Very disappointed seems really good at first and I have barely used it.

I was using my light and extremely happy with it when it developed a charging problem while it was still under warranty. I contacted eSynic. They were incredibly helpful and when we didn't find a solution they replaced my light quickly. They were easy and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend not only this light but this company.

Prodotto ottimo ad un prezzo davvero ragionevole. Struttura solida. La clip è robusta. La base mantiene il prodotto in posizione senza farlo ribaltare. L'illuminazione è più che buona (NON è una "lampada con funzione di lente di ingrandimento" 😂, è una lente di ingrandimento con illuminazione! 😉). Unico neo: la cosiddetta "lente 10x aggiuntiva" è così piccola che è quasi inutilizzabile. La lente principale comunque è piuttosto valida e non distorce (ingrandimento non esattamente 5x ma molto vicino). In definitiva prodotto consigliato.
