I’m really happy with this MEACOLIA 3-pack pill organizer! Each case has 8 compartments — 6 small ones for pills and 2 larger ones for vitamins — which is perfect for keeping everything separated and organized. The double-lock design is excellent; it keeps the lids tightly closed, so I don’t have to worry about pills spilling in my bag. The build quality feels sturdy, and I like that it’s made from food-grade material. It’s lightweight but still feels durable. The size is just right — small enough to fit in my purse or pocket, yet large enough to hold several days’ worth of pills. The pastel colors (purple, green, and pink) are really cute too, and it’s nice having three boxes so I can use one for daily vitamins, one for travel, and one as a backup. Overall, this is a great value for anyone who wants a neat, portable, and secure way to carry pills or supplements. Highly recommended!

Ok so I love and hate this pill box. First, it only has 6 of the little pill box area, so if you wanted a solid "week" (7 days) then you'll have to use one of the 2 big pill box areas. Not a big deal, but I'm a little OCD and just didn't realize this until after I bought it. Again, not a big deal, but can be annoying in some ways. Only other con, is it's really hard to open the lids inside the box sometimes. This would be incredibly frustrating for someone who is older. This is NOT a product for an elderly person in my opinion. And honestly, that's the only con I have. Everything else is great. It's small enough and compact that it fits in any bag without making a big annoying thing in the way. It seals when closed to keep extra air or water or dust out, which is better than other pill boxes I've had. Also, pro-tip, the plastic covers come off when you're putting pills in, which is very nice and makes it easy to clean as well. And I really do like that there's two larger pill areas. I have a weird regime of pills right now and it really helps to have a couple spots in there that are larger for the pills that I take a lot more often. Great product, I honestly would buy it again. And the price for the pack of three is unbeatable, great job!

These pill containers are awesome for when you're traveling, in your daily bag or office drawer and for people who don't need a daily pill organizer. This is exactly what I was looking for, a container to organize different kinds of pills for when you're on the go I'm not sure what needs might arise. Each compartment can hold different types of pills. One star is deducted because the tabs are hard to open if you lose or close the plastic pic (opener) in a compartment and because it's hard to fit certain larger pills/tabs with only two large compartments. I like to have Tums and alkaseltzer tablets but then you can only fit one cough drop in a small compartment, so it may be nice to sell ones with more than 2 large compartments.

Have had this since 2022 and this thing is amazing! It's come with maybe a couple of times but it really wasn't a big deal. The size of it is perfect it holds all of the necessary pills that I need the live closure stays nice and securely shut so I don't have to worry about anything coming undone or pills going out crazy my purse! It's super super sturdy and has lasted me this long so I only feel it's going to last me that much longer! And it does keep all my pills nice and organized so I know exactly where they are and I went ahead and added my own little labels so that way it added a little of my color to it. It's definitely worth buying and at that price I mean come on seriously it's a no-brainer just get it! You don't need medicine to figure this one out!

These pill organizers are great. My daughter in law has them and I saw it and knew I had to order one. So I of course got the 3 pack. They hold quite a bit of pills. I was able to fill 12 Pepto tablets in one of the larger compartments and 6 pills fit fine in the smaller compartment. There was even room to spare in both the big & small ones. The case itself opens and closes easily. The compartments can be a bit difficult but they include a guitar pick so you can flick them open. The labels came in handy so I know which pain medicine is in each compartment. They give you plenty of labels too. They also provide 2 sets of day of the week labels and 2 sets of the numbers 1 thru 7. I put one case in my purse already and will pack another one for traveling. I’ll keep the last one as a spare. For the price these are definitely worth getting.

I'd purchased another brand a couple times, but decided to try these pill cases because they were a bit larger than my other ones. Welp, that was a mistake. These, while not bad, are not nearly as good as the other brand I use on a daily basis. Pros: - Solid colors keep your pills protected from light - Cases themselves are quite sturdy and large enough to hold some of the bigger horse pills that some of us have to take - Colors are pretty Cons: - You can't see which pill you're after until you've opened the case - The way the individual compartments are opened is absolutely stupid I know that my 'pro' list outnumbers my 'cons' but the most important con of these cases is the way they open. There is a tab that opens the two halves, which is nice, but then once it's open, the individual compartments have tabs that are recessed into the case, necessitating either a strong fingernail to get underneath the tab to pry it open, OR you have to use the included guitar pick to pry them open. I don't know about you, but when it's late and I'm fumbling around for my pills to hurry up and take them before bed, the last thing I want to do is also fumble around with a little guitar pick to open up my pill case. I'm also not about to ruin my manicure to try to wedge my fingernail into my pill case. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I HATE the way they designed this to open. They made using this case so much more cumbersome than it needed to be. I have similar pill cases from another manufacturer, and those come with internal tabs that are situated along the edges of the box, so that once the 2 halves are open, you can simply flick them open without a ton of effort (though they stay closed very securely). I much prefer the design of my other pill cases, though these are certainly prettier. I ended up returning these in favor of the other style because, again, I refuse to be reliant on a separate tool to access my pills and it's absolutely dumb to need something like that, especially when it can so easily be lost.

More than just a travel pill holder. I put several pairs of earrings in one. Pills in another. And I am sure I will figure out a use for the 3rd one before my trip. Colors are on trend. Size is perfect for my inflight bag on a long haul.

I finally went on vacation and was able to use this effectively. It was perfect for me. My fiancée had some trouble (she was using hers day to day) with her vitamin gummies getting a little stale in the bigger sections. After almost losing one of my pill bottles on a previous vacation, I bought these and they are perfect. The colors are great. None of the compartments open for no reason. I don’t think I would trust it to be waterproof but it could be water resistant. I have no worry about it coming undone and everything flying everywhere. I know for certain my medication is safe and secure. AND it helps me remember to take my medication every day on the vacation because they come with stickers for the days of the week if you want. All in all would buy again

Nice organization of compartments. I don’t like that silicone thing not staying in place unless closed. One compartment does not close.
