This OBD2 Scanner worked quite well for me. I was able to generate trouble codes and provide the repair service with them (they will of course do their own OBD2 scan). The repairs done by the repair service were for the exact cause as indicated by this OBD2 scanner. Beware, though, that your cellphone should have version 10 or later if it's Android or you will not be able to take advantage of certain features. But overall, I found this scanner to be useful.

After a ton of research I settled on this one and Jackpot what a score. Set up took less than 15 minutes and it was linked to my phone downloading data. Very nice machine for the money. Wish I had it when I was car shopping. Gave the mileage 3 stars because it does not apply to this. This is still an amzing tool to have! Have recommended it to two of my friends, they also love it. Brother runs an autozone and uses ts computers all day to help people, loved mine. This is a good machine.

Cleared my check engine light so easy.

Headline says it pretty well..I had previously owned an Innova I'd got maybe 10 years ago with these same functions and it was about $550 back in the day. Unfortunately lost my old one quite a while ago but getting this for only $120 on sale it was definitely worth the cost. It may not have every bell and whistle the $300-$2000 readers have but I've been able to diag issues beyond a similar readers capabilities with the hints this one will give for around a decade with no issues. If you need parking brake reset, bi-directional functionality, or any of the other fancy functions these new gen cars require then this isn't the one for you but it'll do just fine for the stuff I work with.

This was easy to use right out of the box! I read the quick start guide, followed the instructions and found the code for my check engine light quickly!! So far I've used this on for different vehicles with great results!! Well with the money!!

I bought this primarily to clear codes in my F150, and that seems to be the one thing it doesn't do. It has a lot of diagnostic features which work well. I do my own oil changes, and I wanted the oil change warning on my cluster to go away. I can't see any way to clear the code. I contacted support three days ago and have yet to receive a reply. It must be possible. I just can't figure it out. It's not on any menu I can find.
