Does this support 4k resolution at 60hz?

Yes. I am currently viewing this question 4k@60Hz using this adapter.

Can anyone please check the refresh rate in AMD catalyst control center and tell me if the refresh rate is limited to 30hz or not with this adapter?

I had a 295x2 and a gtx880 to test on. I can not replicate these other peoples results. I am limited to 30hz at 4k with both cards. It is still limited to 60hz at 1080p. I assume the people answering just bought it to be an active adapter at FHD, and didn't get that you were asking about 2160p
