This is a wonderful flat pattern cutting book, for the beginner or one who is a little more advanced. It’s like having the perfect reference guide to every sleeve or collar you may won’t to draft. I’m really glad I bought this book!

The illustrations in the book looks easy but the actual instructions on how to draft the patterns should be clearer. There isn't a body measurement chart included in the book either. I love looking through the book and have drafted the basic trouser and the basic bodice. I completed fashion design school about 2 years ago but have been sewing since I was a teenager. I have a lot of experience, so I know the book should have better instructions to go along with those good looking illustrations.

This book is very useful to a pattern cutter who don't want to waist time with the long process of drafting or pattern adaptation. Also great for a beginner who want to learn basic pattern cutting.
