It took 2 years of trying different brands, but Chike definitely hits differently in a good way. I have a difficult time eating before 10am and this helps in the morning for breakfast. I thought it was going to be chalking and overpowering. Not at all...mixes well, tastes like caramel even if I don't put the full 2 scoops. It is a little pricey but if you want something that tastes good and isn't going to make you gag then this is it. And in 2 years I have tried a lot of brands including Javy which I like the coffee liquid not the powder.
