What a innovative idea to utilize your garage space. I never thought I could fit them where my garage goes up and had those awful hanging ones around my garage forever that were just not functional. These are not only functional they were super easy to install and the recommended totes slide in and out effortlessly. With COVID still present we have opted to continue virtual learning for my children. Now that we have convenient storage we have turned our garage into an additional learning/sensory space. We have children ranging from 14 all the way to 3 years old so we needed plenty of space for everyone to do something extracurricular. I've invested in a label maker as well and neatly labeled the bottom of the bins for an easy find of whatever material we want to work with that day. (Playdough/sand/paint/drawing) With the amount of space saved my husband and I are even able to get our own space and totes for adult projects! The company itself is superb on customer service. I could not get an answer through Amazon about the product so directly put an inquiry on their website and got a call within 5 minutes answering responding to my inquiry! All around great product with great customer service to back it up!! 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

These are the best built tote slides I e seen, Offer great storage capacity, handles lots of weight and look good, Really love how well these are made and the hardware is top notch, easy to put together straight forward, Definitely pricey but worth it in the end I think, Build quality is great

This is a brilliant product but, unfortunately, there are some issues with it's design. Some of the channel rails and screws came bent, making installation even more difficult. But the real challenge with the design are the T-bolts that connect the rails bolted into your studs with the channel rails from which the totes hang. The slit in the channel rails through which the T-bolts slide into are just barely too narrow for the bolts. My solution was to hammer it through. But you can't hammer it all the way because there needs to be a gap to slide them into the stud rails. This means that once the channel rails are in place, you need to pull the remaining gap closed as you tighten the wing nuts, which isn't easy. Even though they stress only finger tightening, doing so risks that your fingers won't get it tight enough and there will still be a gap, allowing the channel rails to shift. So I ended up using needle-nosed pliersbto sufficiently snug the channel rails to the stud rails via the T-bolts and wing nuts. This might not make a ton of sense until you instill your own but suffice it to say, I wouldn't say the installation is smooth or easy, and I'm fairly mechanically inclined. I still gave 4 stars because the product is a brilliant space saver and I was able to overcome the bent hardware and T-bolts / tight channel rail slot issue and make it work.

Love this and the ability to use space above garage door. I recommend purchasing and using full 10’ lengths of unistrut. Makes mounting much easier than the shorter mounts provided in kit. I feel this kit is over priced but everything is today. Overall this system works very well (I added my own unistrut) I Recommend.

Perfect storage option

There must be 2 versions of the system. Based on the instructions from the website PDF and install video. They must have an older version of the rack and a newer version of the rack. I received the older outdated version with what seems to be missing parts. After sometime I put 2 and 2 together. Parts aren’t missing. The version I got is different, a little more intensive to put together and adjust the sliding racks. 1. New System looks very easy to move and adjust the racks to hold the bins. Simple finger tightening with a little extra pliers twist for good measure 2. Older system is much harder to adjust the rails to fit the bins. Requires impact gun with extra, extra long extension Overall the system works out and saves a ton of space in the garage. I do recommend some heavy duty totes. Like the black and yellow or heavy duty clear ones so you can easily see what you are storing above. Don’t just use any tote. I am giving it a poor rating simply because you don’t know what you are going to get. Older rack system (harder install) or new system (easy install)

Great organization on calling!

I was looking all over the place for ways to store bins directly on the roof of my garage without having a big rack hanging down. I didn't have enough clearance over my garage door for any viable storage solution, but I just installed this unit and put 10 27 gallon totes I bought at Costco safely on the garage ceiling. I have a lower ceiling so I didn't want too much hanging down... this product worked out great. Very happy with the ease of the sliding and the steel seems to be very high quality. Installation was easy once I found the beams to attach to... took about an hour and a half for me.
