So can only comment on the taste, texture and amount. I can’t review weight loss- as yet.This powder tastes amazing, like a rich chocolate milkshake. I am using mine with almond milk and it tastes creamy. The powder mixes perfectly, just by putting it in my shaker bottle. A few shakes and it’s all mixed- no lumps. I will be doing two shakes a day with a low carb meal in the evening. It’s very filling. The zip bag I received was big and full to the top. It gives me lots of energy and keeps my hunger at bay- completely.It is the best tasting shake I’ve come across, although for some who are in the more advanced stages of Keto, it could be too sweet. Personally I like the sweetness.
