It exceeded my expectations. It is just as, if not more, effective as Fels-Naptha, suds up nicer, and has a terrific lemon verbena scent which would not be out of place for body soap. It also feels more gentle on my bare hands, though time will tell. Often products from Europe get hyped as being better than the American equivalent. I'm always skeptical. But in this case it's true. Italy has been holding out on us. I can see myself being a repeat buyer of this laundry soap. Review: Works well and leaves a good clean scent - The scent is good, fresh and delicate, it is good for hand wash clothes that cannot be put in the washing machine. It cleaned perfectly stains on my pants and shirts.

Works well and leaves a good clean scent

Love the soap!
I use this soap in conjunction with powdered detergent and it works great, leaving my clothing smelling great and cleans great.
