DuPont Advanced Carpet Protector - Concentrate - 1 Gallon TA

Easy to apply and Teflon free. I bought a garden sprayer and mixed it in that, then applied it to all the carpet in my new home - several coats. So far so good! I needed 1.5 gallons for the master and the second floor in a 2,500 sf home.

maybe this isn't the product you will receive . maybe it's not made by dupont or even have teflon . it does have lots of water if you need that . it does not work and maybe this review will get printed .

Seems to work well, easy to apply and dried in a reasonable time period. Of course time will tell whether the product will perform as expected.

We bought 22 rooms of new carpet for our motel and needed some protection for the carpeting. Scotchgard is what we have used in the past but the price was pretty high. Ths product works really well for a fraction of the price. We were really impressed with this product and will purchase it again.

Very good product easy to mix just spray on and it's good till you shampoo the carpet again better than paying carpet cleaning company 100 for same product

My carpet is 20 years old. You would not be able to tell, it looks brand new. After steam cleaning, I use this protection in a sprayer, works well on fabric furniture too. I would never steam my carpet without using a protector, such as this.

So far it works great. Moved into a new home and we vacuumed, shampooed and treated the carpets with the protector. My older toy poodle has had a few accidents but it doesn't seem to penetrate through the carpet so it's easier to clean up.

Advertised picture shows “With Teflon”. I contacted seller and was told that the product I received (pictured with this review) was the same as the product presented on the sellers page because Dupont can no longer use the word “Teflon” in their advertising. All I know is there is absolutely NO beading or water resistance AT ALL after applying the product according to the specific instructions given on the product label. If you’re looking for a product that will actually bead and resist water…look for something else. This product DOES NOT work as advertised.
