I never usually write reviews but I felt the need to come and do one because this has worked!! Now I don’t know if it’s coincidence but my partner and I have been trying to conceive our third child (I’m 35) for a year and no luck, I ordered this, used it last month, nothing and used again this month and … we have our positive!! I’m so happy that I decided I definitely needed to write a review because I know how hard it is when you’re trying to find something. I can’t promise it will work but it did for us!

Used multiple times every month alongside tracking and various other fertility enhancing items. After 2-3 months of using this (plus over a year without it) we fell pregnant. Easy to insert and remove.

Ok so we have been trying for 2 years however because I have PCOS I haven’t had regular cycles until April 2021 due to Myo-inositol and weight loss. Since then my cycles vary from 30-34 days. I found this on a fertility site. My husband and I were drawn to it as it “holds it in”. Low and behold I have used for one cycle and I have found out today on day 34 of my cycle I am 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant!! We couldn’t recommend enough. My husband help insert and remove but I’m sure it can be done yourself. Just didn’t like doing it. When you remove, stuff does come out with it and it does seem like a lot but don’t worry. As long as you have left it in for 45-60 mins, the swimmers have got to where they need to go. We cleaned in boiling hot water. All I can say is watch the video on how to insert/remove. Best description I have is a mini plunger😂 not the easiest thing to remove. I could feel it but it wasn’t painful in anyway. Hope this helps for anyone looking. Best £32 we have ever spent.

I'm not someone who leaves many reviews but really feel like this is what "got the job done" for us & that anyone who is struggling to conceive should absolutely try this!! We are a same-sex couple using this as part of our home-insemination journey, just to give some context. We started in August 2021; ovulation testing etc. & admittedly it was more than I had anticipated so every month those pregnancy tests came back with only 1 line my heart broke... not only had it not worked again but I'd have to go through the whole process again. I'd tried a menstruation cup but couldn't get the damn thing to open up once inside & thought "there must be something else out there that is designed specifically for TTC" & then I saw this... the Fertilily Conception Cup. I did hover over it for a little while because of the price but decided it was worth the money if it worked & knew I had to give it a go; I'd run out of ideas on what else to try. I gave it a few dry runs so I could get used to getting it in place & opening it up once I'd got it where it needed to go which I'd definitely recommend. I found it MUCH easier than the menstrual cup I had previously tried. It's small & the rubber material is thin, very flexible & not at all as daunting as I'd expected. So, my fertile window in January 2022 we went again, but this time I had the Fertilily... & it worked!! January 25th 2022 I got my 2 lines & that BFP I'd been so desperate for! We tried every month between Aug & Jan & this was the only thing I changed on January's attempt so I wholeheartedly believe this is what made it happen for us. I am now 5.5 weeks away from giving birth to our son, unless he decides to make an early appearance, & cannot express just how pleased I am at taking a punt on this product. Sorry for the long review but really wanted to put our story out there for anyone who is losing hope on their own journey, like I was; to let them know it is possible & not to give up. Get this cup & try it... it's not difficult to use & could be the difference between naturally conceiving & having to spend thousands on fertility treatment. We were lucky & it worked 1st time but honestly, give it a chance. I really feel it made the difference & directly resulted in me becoming pregnant. Good luck xx

Like all couples desperately trying to conceive, we think buying all the available gadgets in line with fertility will give us the advantage and our bfp to come along shortly after. I just want to start by saying, this product is definitely a good idea, however, I think there could be some improvements on execution. Firstly, the lubricant is quite nice in terms of feel; both my partner and I like the sensation and it allows us to be as comfortable as possible and helps me loosen up quicker, which can definitely be a problem with some much baby dancing! I also didn't have any irritation issues such as pain, burning or itching. However, it is very runny. We've figured out that if you squeeze the tube on its side rather than vertically, you have a little more control on how much comes out. I also don't like how it smells, it's a difficult scent to describe but there's something plasticy about it. Secondly, the sperm device. My entire reason for buying this product was this little cup but it was not the best experience. Like another reviewer I saw, I agree that the outer rim was hard and painful to insert, and the cup portion itself really does feel like a one size fits all as I couldn't even get it inside without it hurting me and feeling huge. I am generally smaller down there, so this product could be doing with offering a few sizes (s/m/l), and the rim could be doing with rounding out more or reducing as that felt like the worst part for me. Sadly as much as I want to back this product, we won't continue using it, except from the lube. Hope to see more sizes available and might try again assuming we don't fall pregnant before then. I still recommend the product to other ladies, especially if you are larger and don't have so many issues with tightness, but anything is worth a shot when you're trying hard for a little one.

I had high hopes for this product and have been very disappointed. It is extremely difficult to insert, it is very thick and large, so impossible to push inside. The struggle also meant that everything you are trying to keep in mostly leaked out in the process. The pop back action never worked and removing it was very painful and difficult. Waste of money, don’t bother.

Takes a few tries but once you have the knack it works really well. It came highly recommended by reviews, still sceptical we gave it a go after a lengthy period of unsuccesful conceiving. Very glad we did, did not take long before positive results. Would highly recommend to anyone struggling with conceiving

After TTC, this worked first month of using!! Easy to put in and remove and comfortable enough to wear for the hour too! Highly recommend!!
