Since then my cycles vary from 30-34 days. I found this on a fertility site. My husband and I were drawn to it as it “holds it in”. Low and behold I have used for one cycle and I have found out today on day 34 of my cycle I am 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant!! We couldn’t recommend enough. My husband help insert and remove but I’m sure it can be done yourself. Just didn’t like doing it. When you remove, stuff does come out with it and it does seem like a lot but don’t worry. As long as you have left it in for 45-60 mins, the swimmers have got to where they need to go. We cleaned in boiling hot water. All I can say is watch the video on how to insert/remove. Best description I have is a mini plunger😂 not the easiest thing to remove. I could feel it but it wasn’t painful in anyway. Hope this helps for anyone looking.
