36" White Door Bottom

I purchased the PVC Slide-On Door Bottom (36-inch, White) to help seal a draft under my exterior door, and I’m very happy with the results. The quality of the material feels solid — it’s made in the USA, and you can tell from the way it fits and performs that it’s built to last. The PVC construction is thick yet flexible, which made it easy to slide onto my standard 1¾-inch door without needing to remove the entire door or use a lot of tools. Installation took just a few minutes. I measured the bottom, trimmed it slightly to fit, and slid it on. The fit is snug and adjustable, and it sealed the gap under the door really well. It also includes a drip cap, which helps direct rainwater away from the threshold — a nice detail I didn’t realize I’d appreciate this much. The difference after installing it was immediate. No more light, air, or bugs coming through the bottom of the door. It also helps a bit with sound reduction and keeps the room temperature more stable, especially on windy or cold days. Overall, I’m impressed by how effective this simple weatherstrip is. It’s affordable, easy to install, and very functional. I love the material and it's working great so far it has completely sealed my back door. I was having issues with critters crawling under the old damaged weatherstripping. I did have to trim it with an angle mini grinder. I haven't screwed the screws in yet but it's pretty snug for right now. Overall I'm happy with the purchase even after having to rent a tool to trim it to size.

I had a ton of bugs, lizards, and anything else that could come in my house underneath my door. I put up a towel and anything that I could to block the gap. I found this on Amazon and thought it would be a great thing to try. After installing it, which was really easy, it worked perfectly. We’ve had no more bugs, lizards, or anything else unwanted in our house. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody who has a gap underneath their door. It was super easy to install and only took 10 minutes.

Very easy installation; just needed to trim a little off to fit door. Great value for money. Perfect for draft and insect intrusion protection. Highly recommended.

It's good, but it did not fit my door. Even the size the prefect. Not sure it could be my door.

The part is a superior part! A word of caution: Be sure to measure the bottom door gap. A 5/8" weather strip will be to tight when used on a 1/2" gap. The reverse of this is also true. A 1/2" strip won't seal a 5/8" gap. A very much superior part to the cheap knock offs on sale

Had to trim to size, but I knew that when I bought them. Used to seal the bottom of two shed doors. Exact fit for door depth, screws worked well and the seal is great. Very happy and a wee bit impressed.

Works great even at -30 C. During the install, I replaced the included screws with self tapping ones that work better on a metal door.

Exactly as shown and fits well. Plastic seems quite durable, haven't put it through a Canadian winter yet!

I would say overall a good quality product that can be made even better. It is made out of one piece which eliminates gradual shifting of 2 piece set ups. Here's the rub though, I feel the product should have a higher upstanding trough to secure with screws. It does not bridge the gap between the bottom of the door and the actual doorstep as far as advertised. An extra 3/8-1/2 inch in height on both the inside AND outside would have made my installation a lot easier. Again the quality of the material is good, please make the product better by adding more material, if you do I would give it 5 stars.
