Purchased this item as a gift. Item came without perfume cap. Extremely unhappy. Looks like I’m gifting perfume from my own USED perfume stash. Highly tacky! Item is advertised WITH cap and I expect to receive it that way. What a shame and false advertisement. Do not purchase! Complete rip off.
