Diswasher has to places for soap. First is open the second dispenser has a lid on it. Which do I use??

PLACE THE ORANGE PELLET OF SOAP IN THE LARGE DISPENSER, AND THEN CLOSE THE LID. THE OTHER (CIRCULAR) SPOT IS FOR YOUR "FINISH" LIQUID. THAT'S THE STUFF THAT STOPS SPOTTING AND KEEPS YOUR DISHES SPARKLING. DON'T MIX UP THE 2 DISPENSERS. YOU COULDN'T GET THE ORANGE PELLET DOWN THE OTHER HOLE UNLESS YOU OPENED THE ORANGE PELLET. NO ONE SHOULD BE OPENING THAT!!! THE ENTIRE PELLET (WITH PLASTIC) GOES INTO THE DISHWASHER....AS IS.!! IT'S A GREAT DISHWASHER SOAP. BEEN USING IT FOR MANY, MANY YEARS. SOME OF THE DISHWASHER SOAPS MAKE MY DISHES SMELL AWFUL. THIS LEAVES THEM (AND THE DISHWASHER) SMELLING NICELY.

Are these arriving stuck together still a common issue? i want to subscribe but not if it's going to be a hassle.

Order placed 8/2022 and yes they were all stuck together and if you try to pull them apart they bust and if you try to cut them with scissors some can be salvaged but most bust open . I am only going to be able to use about 1/3 of the entire box . I should return them .

Yeah. So were some of mine, that's why they got a bad review. Can you send them back? I would. I will never purchase these again bc of that very reason...

Thankfully things are either back to normal or very close to it. Lately I have not had to wait 7 days for a package with Prime.
