We tried this pasta for the first time & it’s impressive. Nice spaghetti like texture and flavor. We had it with butter, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, shredded fresh Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon. It’s better than the other pasta made in Italy that we’ve been buying over the years.

I am so pleased with this pasta. It’s the only gluten free rice pasta I’ve had that doesn’t get gummy. But you do have to stir it early on or it clumps. Very tasty. I will try otter shape varieties

I am very pleased with Jovial Capellini. I’ve tried a lot of gluten free (GF) pasta and there are some very good ones and many that are not so good. What I look for is texture and taste and this wins on both. It’s important to know how I cook my pasta. I use the Fasta Pasta microwave pasta cooker. This uses little water and less energy than boiling a big pot of water and makes portion control very easy, has a good drainer lid and finally makes cleanup a snap. In my microwave I found 15 minutes on high cooks this capellini pasta to perfection. While I occasionally have a red sauce I prefer a good pesto. As pasta is a meal of convenience I usually get my pesto from a jar and have been very pleased with the store brand 365 Everyday Value, Basil Pesto . I get local fresh ground romano cheese to top it off and keep cooked shrimp in my freezer to thaw for protein on fairly short notice. So if I’ve not been out shopping and want to have a nice dinner from mostly staples this is a very satisfying basis for a great pasta dinner. Even with just a little butter, salt and pepper the taste is quite good. Because I’ve tried a lot of GF pasta and this is the best I’ve had so far with very good taste and texture I’m obviously giving it 5 stars. It’s not inexpensive but goes on sale fairly often to what I think is a fair price for a good GF pasta so I stock-up at those times.

This is the best gluten free pasta by far. Since I am cooking just for two, I cook a full package al dente. Then I divide it into thirds and put two away for later. The pasta reheats very well and still is pasta. Most rice pasta turns to mush when reheated. It also has good consistency cold which is great for salads, etc. Again, most rice pasta has a terrible consistency cold. My main tip is to make sure you do not overcook! Al dente is the key. I do rinse it well after cooking and add a bit of butter or oil of your choice after rinsing to keep it from getting sticky. I have tried and used many gluten free pastas and this is by far the best ever!

One of the best tasting gluten free pasta brands out there.. Doesnt fall apart like most when having left overs either! Consistent buy for this one

It’s gluten free & not heavy in your stomach. Although I don’t eat a huge plate of it anymore, only as a side.
