The OptiPlex 3020-SFF is a solid, no-frills workhorse for everyday tasks. With the i5-4570 CPU, 16 GB of RAM, and a fast SSD, it handles office work, web browsing, streaming, and basic photo editing smoothly. For the money, it’s a great value desktop if you don’t need heavy-duty gaming or cutting-edge performance. Just keep in mind its age and limitations if you try to push it too hard.

This computer is a great value on performance vs. price. Starts up quickly and runs programs quickly (likely owing to the SSD). Everything works as expected. Am running two monitors fine, one via the VGA port to a VGA monitor and one via the DisplayPort via a DisplayPort to HDMI cable to a HDMI monitor. Small size. Don't expect to add any expansion cards. The supplied keyboard was less desirable, so I stayed with my Logitech keyboard. The supplied mouse has a wire connection, so I stayed with my Logitech wireless mouse. The WiFi USB dongle works fine. The System_Info file shows a BIOS date of 04/14/14. No power cord was received with the computer. I got back to GizmoBing and they immediately replied that they would send a cord. Luckily, I had a compatible 3 prong power cable and it worked, because it took a week to receive the replacement power cable from GizmoBing.

This is your perfect office computer for general use. Can't beat the price for daily use. fast start up due to SSD drive. Warning!!!!! Make sure you fully wipe the drive and reinstall widows from a jump drive. I wipe my PC often to keep it clean. I did it to this PC and it would not load from the spare partition unless you have the password from original owner or company.

DVD-RW does not work, poor quality control, cannot trust this seller

For $109.00 it has an i5 processor, 16GB, Hard drive, 500MB. has ethernet socket, 4 usb, VGA socket and a cd/dvd drive. Windows 10 pro. Incredibile bargan - works totally great.

My expectations were high the boot time is slow, the sturdiness of the frame is beat up three Dings on the cover, Ease of use it glites, and the compatibility I have to add all the programs to it. It has a very old fill to it. Sorry Amazon not a good fit for me. Wifi connection is good 2 stars.

Although there are numerous vendors on Amazon that sell refurbished computers I choose Skytech USA because of the overwhelming positive reviews, a 5/5 star rating. The unit arrived promptly with all the accessories promised and was up and running in 15 minutes. I use this pc in my workshop for music and internet access on projects that I'm working on. It easily meets those demands. It may cost 10%-15% more to get a computer from Skytech but they stand behind their product and what good is saving that money if you have to deal with a non functioning computer and poor customer service.
